Worst experience ever!!! They kept pushing the install date back and then i'd call and they'd be like.. "oh, we're coming over in 1 hour" or "we're just about to start your cutting"(every time) Sorry. That's not how it works. The owner is a total salesman and told me that I was "taking food out of his kids mouths" when I was talking about an agreed upon price they had told me but wanted to change. Then Walter again tried to make me uncomfortable by saying they didn't install on time because a friends wife committed suicide in their front room. It made me feel really uncomfortable and was completely unprofessional to bring something like that up to a person he had spoken to once before for 10 minutes. It was a terrrrrrible experience! DON"T buy from these guys. You'll thank yourselves later. PS. I felt compelled to write this bad review. something I have NEVER done in my life.

Wow! And not in a good Way! Please, avoid these guys at all costs! The service was so bad that I'm not even exactly sure where to even start.... Okay, so, we were looking to getting a new counter for our kitchen, and the bathroom next to it. My wife saw the th Sine Cera Italia shop while passing by it, one night. So, we stopped by to check it out. A guy named Walter and a second gentleman walked out to help us, reeking of alcohol, and i mean hard alcohol. While slurring his words, Walter showed us some beautiful black granite counters, the wife fell in love with them. Walter promised us deep discounts if we bought from him, and he told us he could get them in and installed by the next day... So, you know, I warned my wife(but she never listens to me) of the unprofessional manner in which we were greeted by two drunk guys that kept referring to my wife as "honey". But my wife REEEAAALLLLYYY wanted these counters at a discount so bad that she was willing to overlook the poor customer service that we had just experienced. I again warned the wife that if they don't care much about how they present themselves to the public, that their work can't be much different... And I ended up being right... So, Walter did not show up the next day like he promised, my calls to his phone and text messages went unanswered for the next two days... You think this this would have discouraged the wife from buying from these guys, right? WRONG! After my third warning to my wife about buying from these, and her not listening, I just gave up. At this point, I let the clusterf**k of events unfold, just like I knew they would. After me threatening to go with someone else, because walter had yet to show up, over text messages to Walter, finally, he showed up. Something about excuses of a divorce he was going through at the time, was the reason he said he missed my calls and texts... I'm just going to skip to the details, One granite slab, ended up being two granite slabs that didn't match, and Walter promised one granite slab. The illegal immigrants he hired for the job, could barely speak English, and then demanded cash money when the work was "finished". They told me that they didn't get paid until they had the cash in hand. I had to take pictures of the money before I gave it to them so that we couldn't be accused later of not paying. I did call Walter to make sure that he was okay with me handing 1,800 to these guy, Walter did approve... But this was still very unprofessional. We now have a very ugly white caulking line between the black slabs of granite, because the caulking never dried to a transparent color the illegals promised me it would. Oh, and lets forget the awesome kissie face emoticons Walter kept sending my wife, the few times that we did get him to text us back. And I totally appreciated the way Walter kept calling my wife "honey" and "love"... You know, because all us husbands love to have our wives hit on by absolute strangers. If you hire these guys after reading all the complaints, you deserve what's coming to you. And as for my wife, she learned her lesson(hopefully) about when prices seem too good to be true.

Walter is very gifted in his craft & if you can get his help on granite recommendations, you should listen. Kelli is very warm ~ "I'll take care of you" is her favorite phrase. If you catch them at a time they are overwhelmed ~ you may get frustrated. If you are patient and persistent, you will hopefully get a good result. I am disappointed my counters have nicks in the top & I have not been able to get them to schedule a time to come out & give me a better seal like the counter surfaces in their showroom. The edge of the granite in front of the sink is cracked clear through to the other end of the inside of the sink. Kelli & Walter, please schedule me in. I have called, text many txts and come by the showroom in person and Kelli, you told me you would have them come out. I need the tops sealed like the ones in your showroom. Smooth. You told me I have a lifetime warranty on the seal & this seal is down to the granite in many places and there is a nick out of the edge at the sink & this complete crack clear one end to the other. I am still hopeful you will stand by your beautiful granite & get this counter as right as it can be gotten.

Recently had these guys do my kitchen (now known as Lifetime Quartz, they changed their name). I worked with the production manager Jeff. Jeff is young so at first I had some doubts about his level of experience but he communicated well and was very helpful. Jeff gave me an awesome deal on some granite that was left over from another job that was perfect for my kitchen. The workmanship was great. I will definitely use them again in the future. Great work guys, thanks again.

We had a contractor help refinish our basement with a kitchenette and bathroom and he said he had everything handled. We pickout our granite from a wholesaler and our contractor picked it up and then cut and polished it in our driveway. Felt a litte odd, but we didn't know any better. As we moved the "finished" pieces down to put them in place.....they broke in half, the sink holes did not fit and it was not polished properly. We had enough of his run around and fired him and were referred to Walter and Kellie at Sine Cera Italia in hopes of "fixing" our situation. Kellie assured me that they could get everything straight and they did. They came to our home, measured, salvaged the half slab we had left for the kitchen, removed and repaired the bathroom slab with great polish job and recutting the sink holes and doing a whole new install. Kellie coordinated everything very well and communicated perfectly with us. We felt so comfortable with these guys and were so very happy with the finished project. After being so frustrated and betrayed by our contractor, we were so happy with Sine Cera Italia and their staff. Thanks again.

We knew nothing about granite when we walked into Sine Cera Italia. Just knew what looked beautiful to us. Walter and Kelly were so patient and kind as they educated us about which granite would look beautiful with our kitchen configuration. He told us what edges are in style and even suggested architectural angles that look awesome. We were so impressed with their quality workmanship that we had them redo our bathroom counters and windowsills too. Kelly suggested we get very cool large square sinks for the bathroom and then took care of it for us. We love them. From the day we walked into Sine Cera to the day it was completed was less than 3 weeks. Overall it was a great experience.

Sine Cera Italia is now Lifetime Quartz. We were promised to have our granite counter top installed by July 2 it is now July 13th and still no counter top Lots of excuses and promises. We keep giving Walter more chances, but he still hasn't delivered. Trying to figure out how to get our deposit back.
