For action taken on 7 August 1971 in the Republic of Vietnam, 1LT Loren D. Hagen was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor. Read about his heroism here.

On the grounds of the Airborne & Special Operations Museum.

What is Human Foosball?
Watch your favorite Table Top game come to life! Teams of 6 attach themselves to fixed poles across the field and can only move to the right or left as a team, to move the ball up the field.  Teams consist of 2 Forwards, 3 Mid-fielders and 1 Goalie.

Tournament Details
24 teams, 6 people per team, Round-Robin Tournament.  Cash prizes for the top 3.  Players must be 18 years of age or older.  Concessions and beer will be available for purchase.  Find more details on the events page. 

Teams may register online, over the phone  at (910) 643-2773/2778, or in the ASOM Gift Shop no later than 5pm on 15 September.  All players must sign a Release of Liability waiver prior to the tournament, or morning of. Registration Deadline is 15 September at 5pm.

The new addition to the Huey exhibit depicts Chaplain Charles Waters on Hill 875 during the Battle of Dak To during the Vietnam War. Chaplain Waters was a chaplain for the 173rd Airborne Brigade, and was posthumously awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
