Overpriced healthy microwave dinner that doesn't taste that good. That pretty much sums it up. I tried a few of their dishes, flank steak, gumbo and their chili pasta. The meat of the steak was horrible, but the sides were not horrible. The gumbo was bland and the Chili pasta while being the best of the 3 was still unsatisfying in terms of flavor. If it were cheaper I could justify buying this bland healthy food, but at 7-10 bucks for small - medium portions I will stay away.

I got HORRIBLE food poisoning from eating their salmon and broccoli over the weekend. I had to be admitted to the ER and get IV fluids and meds for nausea. The salmon came straight from the fridge when I bought it the label said it didn't expire for several days. Needless to say, I won't be going back to "My Fit Foods."

OVERPRICED! The thought of paying $8-$12 for food that couldn't fill up my newborn is hard to believe. And on top of that, the food is far from satisfying any savory glands in my mouth. I bought three meals from them: Gumbo, BBQ Chicken and Ground Turkey and Pasta. Side note - The BBQ Chicken wasn't all that bad. The Gumbo had an expiration date of 02/6/13 (5 days from when I purchased it), which is hard to believe for Seafood, god only knows how long it had been sitting in their fridge. I had it for lunch today and have had stomach problems the last three hours. I've read other reviews about their salmon causing the same problems. Final thoughts - If you feel like spending $35-$45/day for horrible tasting, poor quality and expired seafood than this is the place for you.
