Hey guys! Just wanted to make a quick suggestion - Avenged Sevenfold! They're a heavy metal/hard rock band, and they're definitely my favorite from that genre. They are all really talented (although M. Shadows, the singer, was a little terrible in the first album). It's M. (Matthew) Shadows on vocals, Synyster Gates (studied classical guitar, he's awesome) and Zacky Vengeance (also really good) on guitar, Johnny Christ on bass, and The Rev (oh my God don't even talk to me about The Rev he is pretty much the best drummer I've ever heard but he's dead). Check them out if you're into that!

Not much I can say about this song, except that I, personally, like it a lot. You might also, so check it out!

#3: Crossing the Frame.
And here's another cheery and upbeat tune! Brought to us from right in the middle of Good Apollo I, this song is, I'm guessing, about the Writer's little internal conflict about crossing the doorframe/threshold and going into Erica Court's house, who is his ex-girlfriend. They broke up because she cheated on him, a direct reflection of Chondra cheating on Claudio in real life (before they got married). I like this song a lot, and I think the line where he says "You decide to answer when my fist swings hello" is really funny. Enjoy!
Fun fact: In a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything), Claudio revealed that he didn't like this song! Oh well.

CRAP I haven't done this in a while
Okay so I'm gonna post 3 new songs! #1:
Elf Tower New Mexico. I'm not gonna try to analyze the story tie-in, but this song is about Claudio's ex-girlfriend, Nikki Owen (Newo Ikkin backwards, Claudio's ex in the story). Now, Claudio and Chondra Sanchez are married, and I don't really know much else. So enjoy the song!
P.S. Claudio didn't used to like singing this song because, well, it's about his ex. But now he's a little more comfortable with it, presumably because he has Chondra for company. :D

Welp, time to get this started up again. Today we've got Gravemakers and Gunslingers, our first song off the album Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV: Vol II: No World For Tomorrow. Great solo, classic rock lyrics at the beginning. It's a really cool song, and I honestly can't tell you what the hell it's about, since the GAII graphic novels haven't been released yet. Ah well, all we can do is speculate for now.

Okay! So obviously we've been a little content-lacking lately, and I think it's simply because I and all the mods have been busy. So, do yourself a favor and go check out http://www.reddit.com/r/thefence! It's a different Coheed community on a different site, but way better, in my opinion. And while you're at it, go check out the rest of reddit, it's awesome! :)

As you may know, Shabutie was the name of Coheed and Cambria before Coheed and Cambria. Well, technically not. They're considered to be two different bands, but they share three members: Claudio, Travis, and Mic. Nate Kelly was on drums for Shabutie, but Josh Eppard soon replaced him for Coheed. Coheed and Cambria was originally just going to be Claudio's side project, with kind of a techno style to it, but the band just ended up becoming Coheed. So The Prize Fighter Inferno kind of ended up being what Coheed was intended to be. Shabutie is a Swahili chant taken from the movie... Um... I think it's The Naked People. Anyway, here's Claudio and the gang singing about Nikki Owen!

#2: A Favor House Atlantic
Woo hoo, a music video! Not many of those. I really like this video, cause, you know, it's a funny video. Well if you're into them. If you're not then I think it's just kinda weird. Anyways, this song is considered to be the song that got Coheed known in the first place. It's a very high-pitched, upbeat, cheery, and fun pop-like sort of song. I like it very much, and I hope you do too!
P.S. Search "A Favor House Atlantic- The Movie" on YouTube. Heh heh heh

Crap. I had a whole post written out, then I refreshed the page by accident. Crap crap crap.
Okay, so I'll start again. This song, The Willing Well I: Fuel For The Feeding End, from the album Good Apollo I'm Burning Star IV Vol I: From Fear Through The Eyes Of Madness, is actually my personal favorite song. I really like it because of the emotions it projects, the symbolisms, and how it relates to the The Amory Wars storyline. Enjoy!
