All this social media stuff is fairly new to me... I want to try something and see what happens...

I need 50+- acres in Georgia...

I have a client that needs 50+- acres in "rural" Clayton, Fayette, or Coweta Counties, Georgia. We need to do something yesterday. Need great price, could be timberland, ag, recreational...

Got to be priced right. We can move ASAP - Don't call if you don't know land. Sorry, if that sounds bad... but we don't have time. or 803-413-9988.

Thanks in advance

Solving problems one at a time...

I am a manufacturer’s rep for an all-natural, organic bio-stimulant that breaks down nutrients and minerals to the most basic levels. This is used on a municipal and commercial basis to break down fats, oils and greases (FOG) where if you’ve ever smelled an odor from a waste treatment plant, a food processing plant, or sewage lagoon – we can help. Foul smells are waste products not fully broken down – whatever the issue – we can help.

I specialize in agricultural applications. We can take salt out of the soil; we’ve grown tomatoes in China where nothing has ever grown before; we can reduce irrigation needs and have studies with sod producers, berry farmers, vineyards and orchards. We have increased hay and alfalfa production in Texas (during the worst drought in recent history) where the only thing that could ever survive was mesquite.

On a personal level, if you have a septic tank, we can prolong its life. If you have a garden, we can without a doubt give you more produce – naturally. If you have a lawn…ask me to see pictures…If you’re a hunter…We need to talk food plots…

Who you can send me – a food processor, municipal waste water contact, honey dipper, restaurant owner, farmer, gardener or home owner who has a septic tank.

My passion is to get people to use all natural solutions for their food production and waste treatment issues. I’m not a tree hugger – but I certainly enjoy the outdoors. We all need to work for the betterment of our children and those who come after us. I wear at least two hats. One is Real Estate… The other - Saving our Planet…naturally.

Besides that, I have an extensive 20 year background in Real Estate development, sales and investment. If you have something that might be of interest, let me know.

As soon as I write this, I'm sending a bill to SCDOT. My wife bent the rim of her front wheel on Dorchester Road at Leeds by driving through a pothole filled with rain water..Blew the tire. Cecil came out to the rescue! He was there fast and was extremely helpful and courteous. If I had a position for him, I would have hired him on the spot! I would recommend this company to anyone!

This was our second time and the last. Food and service is the worst. It's not easy to screw up breakfast - but obviously they can...and it only cost $30 for 2.

We stop by a lot for lunch. The special is two slices and a drink or a salad, slice and drink. Can't beat that anywhere. And the taste is great along with the service.

If you haven't been here, you owe it to yourself to stop by. Take some time during your hectic shopping to relax a bit and sip on some tea - or some wine... Gotta look hard or you'll miss it. Definitely a place where the locals hang out. The tourists are too busy to slow down to find it. Look for the singing vegetables on Hibben Street ... and Say hi to Debbie and Lisa - you'll be glad you did!!
