 With all the diet and food advice out there, much of it confusing and contradictory, many wonder WHAT THE HECK SHOULD I EAT?  The Wave holistic magazine will address this and many other holistic topics.  Here is a sample article:

A DEEPER LOOK INTO NUTRITION
What is the healthiest diet?  Vegetarian?  Vegan?  Atkins?  Zone?  Paleo?  Macrobiotic?  One would think that, with all the new information, studies, and diet advice at our fingertips today, it would be easy to figure out what to eat.  But many people find much of this information and advice conflicting and confusing.  

    Every creature on earth has adapted to its environment, and the foods available in that environment, over millions of years.  Humans are no exception, having adapted, over 4.5 million years, to foods they could hunt and gather from their environment.  archaeological evidence shows that, on this diet, humans experienced relatively little disease.  

    However, the hunter/gatherer life was tough.  Nearly as much energy was spent getting enough food to survive as was derived from that food.  This did not leave much time for improving one’s lot in life, and it kept groups of humans in small tribes that were easily maintained.  The development of agriculture changed all of that, allowing for the growth of tribes into cities, and time apart from struggling for survival for humans to pursue art, architecture, medicine, and many other developments from which we benefit today.

My Story of Shifting into Positive Entrepreneurship
I have owned businesses in the past, (both serving the theatrical arts), and have also been a 9 to 5 employee in various capacities at other companies.  Although I enjoyed many of these work experiences, I always felt there was something more I could be doing to make the world a better place.  I wanted, in my work life, to participate more fully in bringing peace and healing to my community.  I worked on the side as an intuitive healer and holistic consultant, but I wanted to put my considerable business acumen and experience into some more meaningful full time work.

Well, recent events have combined and The Universe has made it abundantly clear it is time for me to make the leap of faith and live my dreams. While I was looking for another job in technical theater and hitting a brick wall for 18 months, when I took the leap of faith and committed myself to this path of opening a healing arts center and publishing a unique holistic magazine, everything opened up to me.  The way has been made smooth and clear.  It has been, and continues to be, a breathtaking, marvelous, magical journey.

What I want to say to all those out there who want to be Positive Entrepreneurs is that if you say YES to what The Universe, (the Divine, Spirit, Your Higher Self), is asking of you, the Universe says YES to you.

YES you must prepare.  I have been dreaming and planning for several years, and have spent the last year writing a business plan and laying the ground work.  I have over 20 years of experience as a business owner, and come from a family of business owners, so I know how important it is to have a solid plan, have contingency plans, and always be learning, learning, learning and taking action on what you learn!

But when you commit to follow your heart, to make a difference in this world, the Universe will say YES to you.  You will find doors opening right and left, and encouragement will come your way in many forms.  We need more Positive Entrepreneurs - people who are willing to dedicate their lives to making a difference in how we live on this planet.

So if you have been considering making a move, get prepared, gird your loins, and take the leap of faith!
