#ClosingCosts can basically be grouped into 3 "buckets." They are taxes, title fees and loan fees. The largest bucket that contains fees that can vary is the "title fees" bucket. That's why we say it's important for homebuyers to shop title service providers and choose for themselves. #TitleInsurance #dcrealestate
