MEDITATION WORKSHOP

Sunday November 10th, 2013 from 1:30 to 3:30pm in the Learning Center (Old Sanctuary), facilitated by Mary Kullman and Michael Rupley. Sign-up information is posted on the Kiosk in the Adult Enrichment section.

Please come spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon learning and experiencing how to have a proactive relationship with your stresses and daily challenges. Discover how meditation, which is supported by current brain research, can provide a consistent spiritual workout and a path worth exploring. See how this can allow you to find genuine joy and discover inner resources that can positively impact your everyday life.

This interactive workshop is equally suited for first time meditators as well as those who have many years of experience. Please dress comfortably and feel free to bring a meditation cushion or bench if you have one.

Shared Values. Many Beliefs.
Introduction
Located in Naperville, our community attracts Unitarians throughout the West and Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. Our religious tradition honors wisdom from many belief systems while focusing on our actions. United by shared values of fellowship, justice, reason and compassion, we act to serve our communities, care for the environment and promote equality.
