Mediocre streak for $40 plus. Side dishes extra! During mud season They had 2 for 1 entrees, but even with that the bill for 2 (which they added a 18% tip to themselves) without beverages (we opted for water) was just over $100. I've had better steak at Sizzler. Don't waste your money.

The technician, J. Decker was very pleasant and polite. We just had our second treatment and I'm looking forward to having a bug free summer. Thank you Alterra. Update 9/1/2012 The bugs didn't all go away (not surprised...we had a LOT). Called for a repeat service on Monday, scheduled it for Saturday. R. McGuire showed up with a smile and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and what we would need to do to help make the bugs go away (we have to water the lawn, easy peasy). Thanks!

The pork picatta was great. The spaghetti carbonara was not.

It is old & dated. But I can see they are in the process of updating. The kitchen cabinets & appliances in our one bedroom condo were fairly new. The fridge was the smallest full size fridge I've ever seen, & noisy. The tiny dishwasher was noisy & they only supplied enough dishwasher soap to wash 3 loads. It was stocked with plenty of dishes & cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. The toilet paper was so scratchy I went to the grocery store to buy my own. The bathroom was dated & had some peeling paint. The linens were comfortable, but stained. The bed was comfortable, the hide a bed couch was less so. It stated that the one bedroom could sleep 4 but only 3 pillows were provided. The air conditioner didn't really do much besides blow the air around slightly. The ceiling fan in the bedroom had obviously been repaired & poorly. It was loud, clicking randomly. The pool & spa were ok. Pool is on the small side, but it didn't rip up my toes. They have adult only time in the pool, but it wasn't enforced. For a non smoking establishment we had to close our windows to block out the smoke, which didn't help with the air conditioner. Over all we had a relaxing week there even with all the little things that could be improved upon.
