Positive interactions with each employee...from the sales person, to the sales manager, to the vehicle prep guy, to the finance manager. Reasonable people, each of them. Got more vehicle than I expected at a more than competitive price without the pain of haggling.

Service is always friendly and their procedures for working with food allergies are some of the tightest I've seen in Fast Casual. At the end of the day, it's burgers and fries...and they're good, but burgers and fries, nonetheless.
