What a glorious surprise this is. I rarely get audiobooks because they're expensive but I'll read (listen) a lot more with bundles like this. In fact I'd love to see a new tab on the site. Audiobook bundles! And maybe book bundles, comic bundles! Bundle all the things!

Just a little note thanking you massively, whether you catch this comment or not, not important. I've not only found new games I wanted to play but been inspired to dig into that black hole that is the steam backlog and discovered games I had but just didn't appreciate.

I particularly like the way your voice works. It's got a sense of urgency to it that makes what you're talking about seem somehow more important. Amazing how you don't burn out on these games but I'm glad you're made of stronger stuff than I and continually take one for the team testing out all these games so we don't have to and can just cherry pick what looks really interesting :)

Toms a pro, while Iyaz knows his stuff, he just comes across as really struggling up against Toms slick delivery. I'm glad he won't be a co-host permanently. I really couldn't watch him on Leo's channel. I guess it just takes a great skill to deliver the news well enough that the viewer feels at ease listening to it. Still, enough judging from me, I'm just going to enjoy where Tom takes us with this show and not hint at having Molly Wood as a co-host, nope, I won't even mention that.

This ranks as one of my favourite TED talks, it has everything, science, drama, comic relief, more science and I defy anyone to feel bad bummed out watching it.

Mind blown, a must watch.

Do you want to have your mind blown? Watch this. (This will cost you 13.5 minutes)

Hugh Herr, Director of Biomechatronics at MIT University delivers an amazing talk that will touch your soul.

I was in the audience. I was almost in the back row. For the opening few minutes of the talk, I couldn't see his feet. So imagine what happened when I finally stood up and saw his legs.

Simply amazing.

I disagree that you can't do a news show a few weeks ahead of time. You could do the mightbenewz and guess wildly at things that should but probably won't happen. Like Sony and Microsoft become best friends and adopt Nintendo or I don't know know, but I know you do! ;)

Seriously the options were Tom skyping in or this? And they chose this? This is unwatchable. Truly awful. No disrespect to Mike, I've enjoyed his writing over the years but he's no show host. Just check out Tom winging it on his own channel pumping out a whole news show on the fly that's 100 times better than this.

Not that Leo will ever have any idea about this. He goes off the chatroom and that's so heavily moderated now that the slightest mention of not loving everything gets you banned. So naturally he's going to think people are loving the new show but odd how the numbers keep dropping eh? :)

Someone, who I can't find the name of now, recommended this site to me, I only now just got around to really exploring it, and this, this is something every android fan should know about. http://cubify.com You can make your own little android on the site and have it printed out from 2.5" - 3.5" in size. Naturally being a brit, I had to do a dapper gentleman to try it out.

If you like the look of this, or have kids, have a blast making your own! The prices range from $30-$40 a pop, so it's not going to break the bank either. It's super easy customising the look too, young children shouldn't have an issue with a bit of supervision.

This is a taste of the future, showing just how much we are going to be able to customise the products we buy, with the coming 3D printer revolution.

Almost done! I sneaked in a couple more hours on it tonight.

What still needs to be done to Mini Bimmerz is just some boring trudge work making sure points aren't intersecting, and in the arms I know they are. Then some trial and error with the textures, seeing how the website that prints them prefers them.

Now this version is a whole lot sweeter than the last one. The earrings move, so you can jangle those tiny little splangers! The head rotates, the arms rotate (absolutely unknown how well that'll work) It's odd that there will be no assembly required. The earrings for instance will be printed, in place. Ah the wonderfuly weird world of 3D printers!

Something I just noticed while this was rendering, the arms got bigger than they should be I think. Have to measure it against a real collectible.

Now before I finish off, some questions for Lisa. Is there anything here you'd change? Skin colour, earring colour, something extra you think would really nail it. A handbag, a mobile phone, jeans instead of the plus one design. Smaller eyes, different eyes, bigger eyes! lol The nice thing is everything is editable, so let rip

Next up, if you want to go ahead and have this printed out as a real collectible, you'll need to sign up to i.materialise, it's free to do that. When it's done (hopefully tomorrow barring any bugalugs), I'll post a link to it and you can download it to your computer, then upload it to i.materialise. The sites really easy to use. I'll put up any info needed, but it's not much more than a click to upload, click to select you want it full colour and then after checking the price is agreeable, order away and they'll whisk a real Mini Bimmerz over to your place. My guess is it'll cost about $15.

Had a blast making this. It's a really different challenge making stuff in 3D for the real world. Hope the final thing approaches what you see in the virtual one.

@jim long I've been thinking about doing more of these, this one was just too much fun to work on, but before I start exploring that, I need to see this first one all looking as it should in the real world. If it all goes well, I'm up for doing a few more. Maybe make a thing of it. The Google+ Profile Android Mini Transmogrification Project. TGPAMT for short, yeah, I suck at names. :)
