I stayed at the Omni Parker House in Boston, MA from 2/16/2014 to 2/28/14. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This Hotel is infested with bed bugs. I continue to have more bites appear all over. If you have never gotten bed bug bites, they will bite all over your shoulder, back, arms, head, neck and any other exposed areas while you are sleeping. I have been in pain, suffering and discomfort. I cannot sleep at night and had to visit the hospital. When I brought this issue to the manager’s attention, I was shown NO sympathy. The manager said that my room would be checked. I showed her a photo of my affected areas and she could care less. I was not given any compensation for my grief. The hotel refused to issue any type of refund for my stay. I was only given a room change but by then I was totally disgusted by their lack of concern and tact so I decided to check out. During my stay other co-workers of mine were staying at the same hotel. One of my co-workers checked his bed and found small blood dropping on his sheets left behind by bed bugs. He decided to check out and he brought this issue to the manager who also disregarded his complaint and paint me out as a liar. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. Don’t over pay for this glorified bed bug central. You have been warned!

I did not get bed bugs, as the previous reviewer alleged, but I felt that the hotel was overpriced for the experience. Our room was fairly spacious, but cold. We had hoped for a view of the city, or at least the street, but all we looked out to was a brick wall to another large building which was about 10 feet away. A coffee table was broken; the bathroom was very small, and the tub did not look particularly clean nor inviting. Overall, the experience was underwhelming.

My name is Vito, i stayed one week during the Yankee Dental Meeting 2014 (from February 26 till January 1) in your hotel, unfortunately I got hundred bites from Bed Bugs while i was a guest at the Omni Parker Hotel , I have been in pain and suffering, the annoying thing is that the Director of the Hotel by name Jeff had the audacity to tell me that he did not believe me even after I sent him photos and even complained the night before I checked out. They offered me one night free from my stay of 7 days, oh and I forgot to mention I had 4 rooms and three of the four guest got Bed bug bites also. I refuse to accept the free ridiculous offer this is why i decide to share my story, I have reached out to a TV news station in Boston and they are reviewing my story to be televised. I hope that people read this and will be aware this hotel Omni Parker in Boston is loaded with Bed Bugs. I am going to post my photos on they face book post page. thank you

Extremely impressive and elegantly classic hotel experience. I stayed here on business, and everything from the bed to the decor to the service to the dining options were absolutely outstanding. As the oldest hotel in the US, the Omni Parker has some history and possible ghosts haunting it, which is a fun little extra. Also, I had an Earl Grey tea-tini at one of their bars, and it stands out in the top ten drinks of my life. On the slightly more expensive side, but if you are going to stay in Boston this is definitely a top pick.

Cara and Dustin were absolutely incredible. We were taking my boyfriends mother to Boston for her 60th birthday and the night before the trip we had an emergency. We thought things were going to be fine after the night of chaos, we postponed our flights and were going to go the next afternoon. Our emergency went haywire the next day and we had to cancel our flights. I called Dustin, who listened to my story and directed me immediately to Cara. I had a non-refundable, non-changeable reservation and they were so kind to cancel it and refund my money. We will definitely re-set our visit and I will send all my friends and family to the Omni Park House, when they visit Boston! :) Couldn't ask for better customer service, this will come back to them 10-fold!

A hotel with a lot of history! Got an amazing deal, so we decided to stay here. Central location, and pretty much walking distance to anything and everything. Park Station is walking distance, so you can hop on the subway to anywhere you want to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave tons of recommendations and suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were small, but it's to expected from such a central location. Washrooms were clean, but nothing to brag about (could use a little more of a modern look).
