I can eat their Pepperoni Chicken pretty much every day. Zio's has been a favorite of mine for a long time. It is not a drawback for me, but the restaurant can get kind of noisy due to the openness of the dinning room. Just know you are not going to have a quiet intimate dinner. That should not be a reason not to enjoy the good food this place has to offer!

Wait staff was timely. Food was lunch portions. Chicken marsala with potatoes, not pasta. It had red onion pan seared and added. The marsala was more brown sauce than red wine but flavored the dish. The soup was tomato pesto and was very good. The spouses salad was nice and the dressing was fresh. For the money it's a good value. Fast service. good tea.

Great location. I've always had good service. The food is good. Fun for a date night in bricktown or out with the kids. Prices are reasonable.

Went eat tonight and had a pretty awful experience. I'm a server and have been working in the business for a couple of years now. We had a very apathetic server that seemed to just not care, and you could hear it in his voice. Drinks were never getting filled and it took about 10 minutes just to get the drinks to begin with after ordering them (sodas not bar drinks). Food finally came and it was really bland, I ordered the seafood Alfredo and no scallops where on the dish like it was stated on the menu, finally was able to get ahold of our waiter and notified him. He took my dish to the kitchen to inform them and told me they were going to cook the scallops. Dish was brought back, food was cold by the time it was brought back and the scallops were served RAW. That means it got through 3 people before being served back to me; the cook, a guy on the line who checks the food before being sent, and the server. I sent the dish back and demanded it be taken off the check. TLDR: Bad service. Served raw food and other food was bland. Never going back.

Walked in at 8pm-ish on Friday right before the 4th of July 2016 and approached the hostess at her stand. We had passed an older female server in her all black uniform slouching on a bench at the front door on the way in. There were no other parties before us...scary sign for a Friday night in Bricktown. Just two ladies, waited before us, where one was holding a birthday package. We let the hostess know our party size ( 2) and she said she needed to check on tables. The place was emptying out and wasn't even half full. Plenty of empty tables throughout...huh? She left us there to never return. I believe I saw her go into the far back of the dining area and start bussing a large table that had left? No clue really since the layout is a long rectangle. While we stood there hungry another nice young woman asked if we had been helped and we told her what had happened and she rolled her eyes at her coworker and proceeded to sit us right then. Beside a family of two toddlers and self absorbed parents. They screeched and hollered at each other since it seemed their meal was over and the parents played on their own cell phones. Sad because we just wanted to eat and go. Luckily they left by shortly after the time the food arrived. Our server was very sweet and cordial. My partner went to wash his hands so I ordered his iced tea and a water for myself. They arrived along with the pitcher of tea that I had requested. And went ahead and ordered the entrees: the Mama Trio but add spinach and chicken to the fettuccine alfredo portion and I selected the chicken marsala and substituted the pasta / potatoes option for the mixed veggies. I did not see gluten free options and was aware that this was an Italian place. We were not offered or asked to start with salads or appetizers as part of our meal. The mama's trio arrived by the food expeditor, a red haired woman with glasses, hair in a side braid. And my partner's entree had been turned into chicken and spinach without any fettuccine or Alfredo sauce on that side? And my marsala had the look of light chocolate milk and same consistency! The chicken was hot while the veggies were a odd mix of completely raw carrot sticks - the kind one usually dips in a ranch veggie tray, some sautéd mushrooms and red onions ( which had not been prepared in the sauce, but cooked separately). The zucchini was cut into bread and butter pickle size slices and there were some small yellow squash slices mixed with a few slices of red bell peppers. No dark delicious marsala sauce. No reduction. Just milk and wine soup that made my chicken lose temperature. Very very sad as this entre was $14.79. I never saw a floor manager at all. I didn't want to push it since the kitchen already messed up the other entree. We were tired. And we have a long and early day ahead of us in the morning. Our server seemed to be barely keeping her own sanity...we felt compassionate towards her and just decided to cut our losses. And it seemed that there was no pattern to how the servers were being sat as per usual in sections. When they took away his plate to add the noodles and sauce, I poured my completely watery and sweet "juice" off into a side plate so I could eat my chicken without it pouring through my fork and splashing down everywhere. Throughout the meal i waited to see if the "liquid" could or would ever thicken up at all. Not at all. I tried a bite of the smallish meatball from his plate- no flavor. Just warmed meat. No seasoning at all. And there was a red sauce over them! The most flavorful thing was the herbs in the olive oil for our breadsticks -which I wisely forked onto my bland chicken. I wish I would have checked the reviews before eating here. It was not a dining experience AT ALL. Dennys would have been better. Save your self the hassle and lost money. Skip the $5 parking lot and try another place. Disappointed to say the least.

Ask to be seated with the more experienced server. I had someone who was new or something. Forgot my drink, had to ask for parm, just not usual service expected from Zio's. But Italian food is so my jam so I have to give the 4th star for the food. Not the service here. I'd go to south meridian instead next time.

Absolutely loved it! Eggplant pasta is what I had and I wasn't expecting a lot but it was. We had got in pretty quick with a party of three. You have to try them out.
