InStrat Global Health Solutions in partnership with MamaYe- Nigeria and the Lagos State Ministry of Health deploys tablet computers to Lagos State Secondary Health Facilities to facilitate Electronic Data Management solutions that would help to improve Maternal and Perinatal Death and Surveillance Response in the state. The tablet handover ceremony, which was done at the Lagos Island Maternity on the 25th April 2017, followed a successful eMPDSR central training conducted by InStrat and MamaYe between April 4th and 7th April. The tablets were presented to Medical Directors of all the secondary health facilities to help reduce maternal and infant mortalities in the state. The program had in attendance the permanent secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Health Dr. Longe, the Director of Family Health and Nutrition, Dr Olodun, Lagos State Project Coordinator InStrat Global Health Solutions, Tomisin Tawose Akinseye, the Lagos Project Coordinator, MamaYe-Nigeria, Adenike Badiora, amongst other state stakeholders.
