They offer their students free shot glasses to write them positive reviews..(this is still while you are in school). They try to sell you on the school by saying they will line you up with gig's once you graduate (parties and weddings etc..) I made countless efforts to contact them upon graduation and they would just send me texts saying they would get back to me (very unprofessional)..of course I never heard from them. They even had the audacity to email me about a year after graduation with the hopes that I would fill something out telling them where I now work.. They do this to make their graduatee's job % seem high. What I have been able to do since has basically nothing to do with them. I did however like the school's set up and thought my instructor was real cool. Rhett tells you what you want to hear (he is not the instructor) but after a while you can tell he is pretty fake (he is good at it though so I give him props). You do not need bar tending school to be a bartender. Employers do not care at all that you went to bar tending school. I should have written this over a year a go...I decided to when they emailed me the thing to fill out.. I told them no and why and they told me I should have taken more initiative to find work with them!!!! I called them and texted them plenty (trust me on this)...I repeat to not attend this school....I did not take the free shot glass :)......Btw if you do attend haggle the price before hand like I did...I only paid a few hundred for the whole thing.

The class taught me a few things; HOWEVER, the Academy promises things that they really don't deliver. When they speak to you about enrolling, they guarantee you job placements but that is falsified information to mislead you. The website they give you to log in, rarely works and the job leads are not up-to-date. I have tried to contact the instructors since my class ended, and they have not assisted me and any way. During my week class, one of the instructors was high and sat in the office the entire time and said he had to make phone calls because they were so behind. The class is not cheap by any means and this is what my money paid for?!?!? I could have went on youtube and learned better that way. SMH!

JC Bartending School is the best school around. If you want to have the best time while learning all about how to be a great bartender, this is the place to go. Rhett is an awesome instructor and makes learning so much fun. The best thing about JC Bartending is the support they give you after you graduate. They help you create a webpage to find great bartending jobs and help you find jobs. They have classes you can come back to anytime to learn about spinning or flame bartending or just to brush up on your knowledge. And this is all included in the cost of your tuition. If you are looking for a great way to make extra money you need to go to JC Bartending.

Great school. I took the 4 day 32 hour course and it was a lot of information to learn and I passed the course with flying colors. I enjoyed both of my instructors. I walked in JC Bartending Academy as a regular person and walked out a Professional Bartender. With their job assistance I was able to obtain stable mobile bartending jobs with JC Bartending, Inc. I made my tuition within the first 2 jobs. Definitely worth my investment! Thanks Rett & Parker & JC Bartending Academy!

I took the 2 week class, and LOVED it! The experience was great, the instructor was so knowledgeable. It was a very fun course and I learned so much. I highly recommend this class for anyone who is looking for another option for a career path. Well worth the time and money!

I took the 2-week class on a whim, both for fun and to explore the avenue of some extra cash. My instructor, Rhett, instilled motivation and passion for mixing drinks and a week later I found myself behind a real bar with a steady part-time job to supplement my regular income. Long story short, that bar soon after shut down and JC Bartending school already had another interview lined up for me. Rhett inspired us to learn about the trade and well as instilled a fire in us to actually read up on recipes, histories, and general information about the activity as a whole. The instruction was great, the students were great, and I earned back what I paid to attend in less than a week. I highly recommend this school if you're willing to put in the effort to learn the skills.
