This make me think :-)
https://developers.google.com/webmasters/richsnippets/sitelinkssearch
first means change user behavior, write and write again
second if you do not implement it, works like a normal Google query that shows competitors Google Ads. (nice try Google) ;-)
third, we need to define the attribution model, is SEO/Brand Traffic? Is Internal Search Traffic Only?

If you want your site to be in Chrome's HSTS preload list (aka, default to HTTPS), submit it here: http://bit.ly/1oq7JG0 - note that Firefox and Safari include Chrome's preload list... 3 for the price of 1! Great deal.

UPDATE ON THE GOOGLE'S SMARTPHONE CONFIGURATION RECOMMENDATIONS:

Three months ago or so a few people noticed that on the latest update of the Google recommendations for "Changing configuration on smartphone" they were recommending 302 redirects in the  "Moving from separate URLs to same URLs" scenario:

"Redirect your separate smartphone URLs to your desktop URLs using server-side 302 HTTP redirects" it said.

Now I've seen that these have been updated (the latest update says it was on August 26 for the English version and on September 8 in the Spanish and French one that I checked too).

Now it says: "Redirect your separate smartphone URLs to your desktop URLs using server-side 301 HTTP redirects".

Many of us were wondering why they were recommending 302 redirects instead of 301 ... I guess this change answers our question in some way!

On the other hand, in the "Moving from same URLs to separate URLs" scenario before they were recommending "using server-side 302 HTTP redirects" and now it says "using server-side 301 or 302 HTTP redirects".

You can see the screenshot attached with the old and new version of the recommendations. The old one was taken from the Wayback Machine on June 26 (you can see it for yourself here too: http://web.archive.org/web/20140626004334/https://developers.google.com/webmasters/smartphone-sites/change-configuration) and you can see the current one here: https://developers.google.com/webmasters/smartphone-sites/change-configuration

Yeah I guess with this he will definitely kick out all his "Matt Cutts" Kws competitors O_o
Google's +Matt Cutts has migrated his blog from HTTP to HTTPS but is using a 302 redirect, not a 301 redirect. Wonder why...  Hat tip to +Sunny K. Ujjawal for spotting this.

Google Introduces Trigger Queries that they may associate with specific authoritative users of Google Plus.

If you have been chosen as authoritative for a query, that may boost your rankings in logged in search at Google for that particular query.
