It may not exactly be the tallest point in Cebu City but if you're looking for a restaurant with a view, Blue Elephant Sky Lounge definitely fits the bill. Situated on the 19th floor of Apple One building, Blue Elephant is considered as Cebu's very own 71 Gramercy-- where all the hip and vibrant ...

http://goodfoodtrips.blogspot.com/2014/04/Bintana-Cafe-Cebu.html
Throughout my travels, it has always been a pleasure meeting other people who are passionate about their craft. I find their passion infectious and inspiring-- whether their passion is in the arts, music, books, and in good food. Sharing the same passion, I find these conversations with such ...

#27daycebuchallenge   #Cebu
As one of the entry points to the country, Cebu City bustles with a rich variety of cultures; each offering a plethora of cuisines, music genres, and unforgettable faces. Next to Manila, it is where you can meet different flavors without the need to leave the country.

Day 20 of my #27daycebuchallenge : Joed's Lutong Bahay

Affordable authentic Japanese in #cebu

http://goodfoodtrips.blogspot.com/2014/04/Joeds-lutong-hapon.html
Most of the time, Japanese restaurants tend to get pricey and posh. The level of dedication and discipline the Japanese chefs put into their practice is considered as an art form, one that many try to imitate but plenty are unable to. In order to recreate a dish as exquisite as that of the ...

#10DoveStreet  Reopens at Oakridge Business Park, Cebu City. Perfect restaurant for a hearty brunch!

http://goodfoodtrips.blogspot.com/2014/05/10-dove-street-cebu.html
With plenty of new restaurants emerging, it can be rare for an establishment to make an impression on its clientele; unless of course, the food is nothing short of spectacular. So much so that when the establishment closes, its loyal diners will try to hunt down the restaurant; ...

If you're in #Cebu , make sure you experience Pungko-Pungko at least once. Be warned though, it is not for those with a weak stomach!

Allow me to put a break from my usual style of writing and just interest you in this oddly delicious yet obviously unhealthy and unsanitary meal that Cebuanos are popularly known for. It is a well-loved way of eating that they enjoy, no matter how affluent their riches are.

Apart from hotel lobbies, intelligently designed cafes are among the things that best thrill me. There's just something about how a well made-up cafe appeals and encourages me to be a more creative person. Adding to that feel, there's no comparing to the smell of a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
