I guess this has just affirmed everything I had to say on the Claire Byrne Show and then on the interview on Spin 103.8FM yesterday.

If only it was for the good of the people on the show and to educate our nation instead of a value of entertainment and ratings for the big shots in RTE.

Starting to pack on some weight again after a broken sacrum causing muscle atrophy down my whole left side resulted in me dropping weight down to 78kgs and am now back up to 88kgs. I'm looking to get back up around 95kg! Life will always find a way to put an obstacle in front of you, be it people or circumstance.

Everything in life is a choice, you can either choose to let obstacles beat you down or you can stand up and hit it face on. Always choose the latter, it won't let you down!

It doesn't matter how slowly you're moving once you're moving. πŸ˜‰

CMB Transformation

We reconstructed his nutrition and programming, he trained 3 days per week and achieved phenomenal results unlike he had ever seen before. Within 6 months Sean had packed on 24kgs / 52.8LBS of lean muscle without putting on any body fat! He stayed accountable, turned up for every training session and did exactly what he was told.

The unbelievable results speak for themselves!

Mark went back in time and got younger looking when he decided to invest in himself, his health his education into his training, nutrition and lifestyle.

As I explained to Mark, this is a journey and and something I want every CMB Gym client to sustain and maintain! The journey doesn't end because you have gotten a "result" due to 12/16 weeks of hard work and dedication. You undertake a new way of living, a new lifestyle. This now becomes a part of your life, a part of who you are and how you live!

Mark was with me for 16 weeks and achieved an awesome "result" but continues his journey and has sustained what he achieved with me. He's still progressing and maintains the lifestyle which I taught him. He dropped 10% body fat and gained 11lbs of lean muscle with us in CMB.

Well done Mark, you're an example!

Cover Model Body Transformation.

Here's some more motivation from the Cover Model Body Gym. Ismail trained with myself for 4 months and became faster, leaner and stronger. Day one was a struggle getting through a mobility protocol and warm up to deadlifting 180kgs, 30kg dips, 120kg bench press x5 four months later. Unbelievable progress in his lifts as well as dropping over 14% body fat from 22% down to 8% in his final pic and gaining over 12LBS of lean muscle.

Cover Model Body Transformation.

James dropped over 13% Bodyfat in three months and gained 9lbs of lean muscle while increasing his strength on all compound lifts, his bench, squat and deadlift.

He started at 23% Bodyfat and within 12 weeks he was sitting nicely at 10% as you can see.

Good man James, hard work and dedication pays off!
