After visiting a few dealerships and feeling like I had hit a dead end, I was ready to throw in the towel and extend my current lease to shop around again in a few months. Before calling it quits, I made a final call to one more dealership, Swanson Buick. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. My sales specialist, Andrew, went above and beyond the call of duty and made my wish list his priority. Up to this point, I didn't think the car I wanted was available near Massachusetts (or that I could afford it). Andrew did one better. He located the exact car I was looking for with even more options than I had asked for and made it all work within my budget. Even when the other dealers said, "I'm giving you dealer price" or "now we're losing money for you", they didn't come close to the price I got with Andrew at Swanson. Most importantly, they didn't come close to the level of service. When it was all said and done, Andrew worked harder and spent more time looking for my perfect car than I did and he made my car shopping experience really positive. If you want to feel good about your next car lease/purchase, I strongly recommend visiting Swanson Buick.

This is the first time that I have felt the urge to write an online review about a company. I have never dealt with such low levels of professionalism and high levels of incompetence in my entire life. The agent that I dealt with is either just too lazy to have a job or really doesn't understand his own industry. (It could be a combination of both.) He didn't follow through on things he was supposed to do on multiple occasions, sent me incorrect forms for my car registration twice so I sat at the RMV for hours, gave me incorrect information about my insurance policy, and here's the icing on the cake: he tripled my insurance quote after getting me to switch from my previous insurance and paying the higher initial fees. When I asked him why it was increasing so much, he said "I dont' know. It's not my fault, I'm just the messenger." I was at a loss for words. When I told him that his business practices should be reported to the state insurance commission, he said "you can't do anything to me!" I AM NOT KIDDING - it felt like I was talking to a child. I cut my losses and gave up my initial payments to switch to a different insurance agency that day. The $300 I lost was worth getting as far away from this joke of a business. Since switching insurance agents to a professional that a friend of mine has been with for years, my experience has been great. I'm paying slightly more than my original quote here, but WAYYYYY less than what they tried to sucker me into. When I explained everything in detail to my new agent, he was baffled and his exact words were: "that guy clearly has no idea what is doing." Stay as far away from this agency as you possibly can.
