Due to a scheduling conflict, our New to NSCC Luncheon has been rescheduled to take place on March 6 immediately following the 11:00 am worship service. If you are new to our church, we invite you to join us for food and fellowship in the church office. Get to know our pastoral staff and others who have recently visited our church.

This Sunday the Adult Sunday School class will embark on a new study in the book of Acts! This is Luke's second letter to his friend Theophilus, telling him about Jesus Christ. In this book, we will read how Jesus Christ promised to bring his gospel from Jerusalem to Judea to the ends of the earth, and how he does that in the explosion of the early church! Join us next week! The class meets at 10am in the church office.

All are invited to the 8th annual Super Bowl Party sponsored by the Men’s Ministry on February 7 at the church. The doors open at 6:00pm (kickoff is at 6:30pm).  We will watch the game on the big screen in the sanctuary. There will be halftime games and a grand prize of a Kindle Fire! Hot dogs will be provided.  Please bring a side dish, appetizer or dessert to share!

This Sunday, we welcome Alan White from Opportunity             International who will provide    information to us about the mission and work of his organization.   Opportunity International provides access to financial solutions      empowering people living in     poverty to transform their lives, their children’s futures and their communities. A love offering will be received.
 

The Men’s Tuesday Night Bible Study has started a new study series entitled Culture Shock. This study, authored by Chip Ingram, will help equip men with a biblical response to today’s most divisive issues. Bill Melcher leads the study on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm in the church office. Please join us!
