Although #MeatlessMonday  passed and another one isn't for a few more days, it doesn't mean that you can't enjoy a meatless meal any day of the week.

This week we made a soy chorizo garlic fried rice that was inspired from a recipe we viewed online. It not only came out with great flavor but it complimented the #MeatlessMonday  idea perfectly.
