Thanks Masi and Sima, means a lot. The planning and stress has finally kicked in, hopefully I make it to my own wedding in one piece :P

Politer employees than the Trinity Common location, however, like the Trinity location employees here aren't that knowledgeable in the phone, computer and TV department. There was one exception in the TV department whose name I forgot but was great to deal with. Other employees in the TV department tried their hardest to make me buy a more expensive TV then I wanted, even though I kept saying no.

Ordered a home theater system online and picking it up here, but we asked a TV customer rep (Harjit) to test it out, he complied. I brought a USB stick with me with some MKV files on it to test it, the only way to access the files were via remote, which he refused to get. I told him I bought it online and I didn't want to leave without testing it, he replied, "You got it online? Then why waste my time? I don't get commission." I questioned how he could be so rude, he had the stupidity to lie stating that he doesn't get paid hourly, only off of commission. After complaining to the manager, he himself helped me and was very kind, and said that the employee would be dealt with. The funny thing is that the transaction has to take place in store, so Harjit did actually lose the commission, I gave it to a more helpful employee.

Wife and I have been here about 6 or 7 times and always have good experiences. Even during Valentine's rush service was decent. Never experienced bad service as others have rated. Although -2 star for poor standard of having waitress wear high skirts, pretty distasteful for a family restaurant.

This Univeristy is terrible, they jam pack as many students as possible in one lecture hall per one professor, this way they allow more admissions and pay less staff. The University is also to big for the staff to give correct information; ex. Go to an advising appoint about a certain course they'll send you somewhere else, that person will send you somewhere else, this repeats until you end up where you started. York University, where people are a walking talking cheque, not a student.
