Hey Tangela I have been busy with life's bullshit and trying to cope but I am ready for some Scandal. What I think is going to happen? I am kind of in blank status but I think that we are finally going to see the dark side of Fitz which we all know he has. Olivia is going to be dealing with parent issues because both mama and papa are going to bring it. They are going to be pulling her from opposite directions. Jake is going to be real comfortable in his new position and the re-teaming of him and Fitz some new shit is going down. Harrison is going to be revisited by his past so he is going to be preoccupied with staying alive Abbey is going to be Abbey along with her man Quinn is going deeper into her new found spy game, Huck i think may seek out his family, Cyrus oh Cyrus, and Mellie is still going to be Mellie she never changes. But one thing is for sure Olitz will be going strong and maybe to Jake's dismay. I'm just sayin.

The way that I feel now is that America is no longer the land of the free and opportunities but instead the land of financial hardship and poverty. America does suck.

The channels for individual financial gain have been greatly reduced and diminished by unemployment, increased cost of living, and unfair governmental and corporate lobbying resulting in bailouts which serve CEOs and shareholders, i.e. a small minority of America.

I agree with Nia 100%. You have to go with what works best for you and I can honestly say that I am a black woman 50yrs. young and I have never had a good relationship with a black man including my ex husband. Don't get me wrong I have some wonderful black male friends truly salt of the earth but in a intimate relationship it just has not worked. I find myself relating better to men of other races and I am okay with that it. I think that single black women need to get out of their own way and choose something different if the old shit does not work basically stop whipping a dead horse the horse is already dead. Choose happiness, peace and joy over being miserable. I'm just sayin.

I agree with all that you said. I am also the mother of a black man and I always taught him that he matters just like a female does and to not let a female get the best of him. I always told him to walk away and to put as much distant between them as possible but if she keeps coming at you then you have every right to defend yourself. She can go to jail just like he can.

Both Fitz and Jake said somewhat the same thing to her. Fitz in Vermont and Jake here. There connection is deeper than we think. Her heart belongs to Fitz and Jake protects her. Hmmmm.

Let me tell you True Grit I am scared. At 50 I am reinventing myself and working on my first book being a writer has been my dream since I was 8 yrs.old. When I started on this journey a few years ago in did not know that it would be like this. Just trying to survive has become so scary that it almost makes me go into a deep depression and I am not alone. I talk to most of my friends and we have the same scary stories. All we hear are the rich get richer and less caring and the poor stays poor and the middle class does not seem to exist anymore. I just do know True Grit I just don't know. All I can do at this point is turn everything over to God and let him handle it because I have done all that I can do.

This a problem that I have had in the past because I was forced into it. Now that I am older and have learned greatly from my past mistakes I now know how important it is to let a man be a man not just for him but for me as well. I have no problem with letting a man help me or do things for me if he chooses I am gracious and ever so appreciative.

This episode was WOW! I knew Sally would not be able to handle the truth about her husband but I did not expect her to kill him although I wasn't surprised. And Papa Pope reading Fitz was awesome but did not hold water. Fitz was totally unfazed he got a rile out of him the way that he wanted. Fitz knows who he is and what his life has been like, nobody knows better than him except maybe Mellie. Yes I was somewhat shocked at the statement he made about Olivia but I understood why he did it. It was meant to be no disrespect to Liv but it was said to make Eli mad enough so that he would go the fuck off like he did. Fitz knew what he was doing sometimes you have to put some stank on it in order to deodorize the funk. Purely a tactic used when you are trying to break someone down. Law enforcement do shit like that all the time. in order to get the info. that they want. It was by no means meant to degrade Olivia that man loves her too damn much she is his world.

Each time I see this piece it gets more and more amazing and I see something different each time. I have not watched it for a week and this time I saw the amazing pure love of Olivia and her man Fitzgerald. I have commented before but I find your vids awesome. And when i watch it again I am going to see something else it just keeps getting deeper and deeper. Thank you!!

The truth has never been said better. I am a black woman 50 yrs young and I have never ever had a good relationship with a black man. I have found that I get along better and is more respected by men of other races and I am the mother of a black male and I find it sad. But I am not wasting my time on wanting a good black brother because I have yet to find one in my world. I know that they are out there but it is like finding a needle in a haystack because there is just too few of them. So my door is open for something new and different. Bring me my good white man.

+Drea D I did say 'IMPLIES'.

Nobody wants or needs you to 'defend' black men; losers wouldn't appreciate it and better black men don't need it.

My mind is open...the movie and it's premise was lousy.

By the way, I don't hate black women with white men...my sister is married to a white guy. But my sister holds no ill will towards black men. She had great relationships with some, lousy with others. She also had great relationships with white guys, and lousy ones with others.

I have an Asian wife...I've had great and lousy relationships with black, white and Asian women.

If you're TRULY happy with yourself and your dating life, and you'll date any 'good man' regardless of race, keeping you mind open, then you wouldn't blame black men (directly or indirectly) for YOU not having a good relationship with them. The only constant is YOU, not THEM.

Fitz did what he set out to do. He got under Rowans skin which was his intention. Fitz was unfazed about what Rowan was saying to him because Fitz knows who he is and where he comes from he has heard shit about himself all his life at some point that stuff stops hurting and fazing because he knows who he is. It had nothing to do with degrading Liv it was just part of his ploy. Fitz knew exactly what he was going to do and so did Jake. Fitz is just to cool for school I love him.

Fitz told him that he(Rowan) did not know him and Rowan replied sadly boy I know everything about you, which he would as Command. Fitz was fazed at the end by what Rowan said about him disappointing him as a suitor for his daughter.
