So we took my mazda in for a inspection and I failed due to rear brakes. However they quotes us between 400 and 850$ !!! for only rear brakes lol needless to say I took it to our trusted prices sunnycrest garage in Newmarket (only had to wait a few days For room to open up as they stay busy) and wouldn't you know it they fixed it for 250$ including my inspection. VIP had also said that even if my brakes had been okay they would have still failed me due to "my wippers not clearing the windsheald like it should" I've had bad experiences with stratham VIP in the past. I've only gone back to to it being convienent that they are open Saturday's and Sundays.. But no more. Sick of the bullshit. I'll stick to our loyal shop. Beware.

These guys are the best, excellent service, always recommending best value without over selling me and very reasonable cost. The Toyota Tacoma with 170k miles is very happy!

The 2/20/16 service of my Nissan Altima was exceptional. Jon and Justin were their usual helpful and outgoing selves. I was happy to hear the tie rod was still under warranty. Oh Jon - I resolved the truck lock issue by flipping the "valet" switch in the glove box. :)

I recently visited your store for an oil change. The woman at the service desk was very pleasant and professional as was the technician who took my car in. There was no wait time, I was helped promptly. The entire experience was efficient and very positive. I will definitely be returning to VIP in Stratham.

Very impressed by the customer service at VIP. I brought my daughters car in for inspection yesterday (knowing it would fail. her power steering was shot). After they took a look at the car they brought me out back while it was still on the lift and explained each problem they found in laymans terms while showing me the issues, and what they would need to do to fix it (they didn't just present me with a confusing paper estimate as most shops have in the past). I was very impressed they took the time to do that. They also gave me a ride home while they worked on the car since it would be several hours to fix. The car rides like a dream now. You have a new loyal customer VIP!

Stopped in last night to have my tire looked at, it was losing pressure. Thought it might be something in the tire or the bead seal. Got great customer service and made an appointment for noon the next day. Today I went in for my scheduled appointment and stood in the lobby for 20 mins before an employee came out to wait on me. I was told by the Auto Zone employee that they were probably all out smoking or something. When the VIP employee finally came out front, he was agitated, threw a box that had been delivered (while he was gone) onto the floor. Took my information and then told me to "to go sit down". Not "go have a seat" or "we have a waiting room right to your left" just "Go sit down". After about another 20 mins a woman employee approached me and told me that there was nothing they could do, the tire was dry-rotted and I would HAVE TO buy 4 new tires. She handed me an estimate for over $1,000! I asked her what was this, $1,000? And she said that was "worst case scenario". I told her that I did not like her approach, that she could have come and told me the problem FIRST and then ASK me if I would like her to do an estimate for tires. As I was getting in my truck I thought to check the tire pressure sensors and they couldn't even be bothered to put air in my tires! After I returned back to my office I looked up tires at their location and the most expensive tire was $249.99/each. Her estimate was for top of the line Michelins at $299.99/each, which I did not even find on their website. I then went to Town Fair Tire and found 4 tires, balance, tire disposal, tire insurance and an alignment for HALF of VIP's estimate! I will NOT do business w/ VIP EVER again!

The staff here has always taken the time to help me understand why they are recommending services. They have been consistently friendly and provide wonderful customer service. I was new to the area a couple years ago, and didn't know where to get my car serviced. I now have a place that I trust and am loyal to while I live here in the Seacoast.

VIP in Stratham does a great job for me every time I visit. The staff is personable. Work is done quickly and finished on time. Price is reasonable. Suggestions made for future service without pressure.
