The live chat feature is a very valuable marketing tool and I recommend it to my clients. Ngage will help you interact with people who visit your website. If you are able to follow up, answer questions, and show that you have what they need - they will be much more likely to become your customers. With no name and no phone number you can only hope they'll call you... I suggest YOU take control of this communication by utilizing the potential of this great marketing tool. Keep in mind that you'll need to have a system in place for prompt follow up and a carefully designed marketing "funnel" to educate your prospects and convert them into your customers. Work smart and work hard to exceed their expectations along the way and they will become your raving fans!

I have been with Ngage for....I can't tell you how long since it has been the perfect synergy. I know we have been with Ngage for at least 5 years. These guys are the absolute best. They are responsive, their chat transcripts are correct and arrive within seconds. Potential clients love that we have this service. I know there are other companies out there that offer the same service, but once you go with Ngage you will never look back.

What sets Ngage apart from the competitors is that the feature plugs right into my existing website. At first I was concerned about the bounce rate- a metric for looking at how long visitors stayed on my site. But after trying it for a month I found that the bounce rate on my site actually improved.

I just started using Ngage. Installing the code on my website was extremely easy. I just received two leads and I'm thrilled with the service. The chat was handled extremely well and a report was instantly emailed to me. One lead was from another state and there was a serious injury but I didn't think it was a good case. Since it was from another state, I just clicked on a link at the bottom of the emailed report that says "Click here to request a no fee". It was that easy. The other lead was a good case in my area which I received on Sunday. I called the lead and signed up the case that day. I can't remember when I was happier to pay money. Philip L. I am very satisfied with the Ngage Live Chat service. I have converted leads to clients in all but one contact. The operators are well trained based on the transcripts of the conversations and do a good job getting contact information from each caller. Mark Shepherd is very accessible to answer all my questions . I can recommend them very highly as an excellent add on to any existing website.
