Great alternative to the parent company P.F. Cheng's. Usually cheaper too. Love the 'sweet and sour chicken over noodles'. I does gets pretty pack around noon time during weekdays. Best to go around 11:15,am or after 1:30pm.

Pei Wei is easily is a top 5 restaurant for me. The Jacksonville location is not a real Pei Wei. It's like you're eating completely different food. I've been to probably 8-10 different Pei Wei's (Charlotte, Orlando, Denver, Stuart, etc.) I created a Yelp account just to review this Pei Wei. The food is wildly inconsistent. It's so frustrating. Not sure where to begin. What's the point? Corporate isn't going to fix it. People of Jax: if you're ever out of the city- please try a different Pei Wei. The dishes are incredible if the menu is consistently executed. Don't let the Jax location ruin the experience.

Awful. The restaurant was dirty and had flies flying around, which I was willing to ignore since I was getting my food to go and since there a lot of kids on a Friday evening. I get home to eat my sesame chicken wok and the rice is VERY undercooked. It was almost like eating cereal. The chicken was fine but I was sitting there with half a tray of undercooked rice that I was seriously considering throwing in a pot to make it more edible. How do you screw that up? I'm never going back to find out.

Love it from wonton soup with tiny wontons, crunchy black sesame seeds on the sushi, and good wine. Elegant too.

Pei Wei is a hidden luxury I find myself coming back to every now and again. Began as a corporate meeting, turned to my bi-weekly southside asian cuisine fix. I love this place, customizing orders from heavy dining all the way to light eating with its Gluten Free menu, all the way down to the chill dim-lit ambiance, It just compliments the food so perfectly. I find myself going traditional everytime with the Thai Dynamite shrimp with fried rice, hence the title its like an explosion of flavor in every bite, you just can't get enough until its gone! While rather pricey you definitely get your money's worth in quality. I've personally heard alot of good things about Caramel under Bright Flavors, so look forward to my tip when i try it later this week. Typical General Tso chicken and Chicken Teriyaki gets boring after a while so if you're looking for something different with a ton of diverse flavors to choose from, i HIGHLY recommend giving Pei Wei a try! 10/5 if i could!

They forgot my spring roll and sushi didn't come with ginger or Wasabi. But it was late at night and I understand how it is, I got in touch with them about the issue and they were very professional about it and reimbursed me for my food. Would defiantly recommend this place to people the food is spot on and sushi is great.

Had Pad Thai and thought it was the most disgusting Pad Thai I've ever had. I am not a picky eater, but after choking down half of it I just had to throw the rest away. A brief stomach ache followed by a trip to the bathroom and I was all better, but I definitely will not go there again

Nastiest place ever been. Would rather eat turkey leg at the fair. Just go to panda bear express across the parking lot.
