The Havre Daily News reports three other people who were in the crossover were able to escape, but one was injured trying to aid Siegel.

I-70 westbound lanes now open after tractor-trailer fire | #ESC_LLC #semi #fire #firefighters |A tractor-trailer fire had traffic backed up for miles along interstate 70 in St. Clairsville early Friday morning.
The incident happened just past the 216 exit shortly after 2 a.m. Officials with the Ohio State Highway Patrol say the trailer was carrying different types of refrigerant when it caught fire. The cause of the fire is still unknown at this time. No injuries were reported.

According to Alliance police, the shooting happened in the parking lot of the Family Dollar at the corner of Union and and Main Streets around 9:30 p.m.

Evidence includes “a lot of witness information, burn patterns and pictures from people,” Inspector Guy Aumend said. “The roof caved in. By the pictures, it looks like it was started in more than one place, upstairs and downstairs.”
The house is owned by Victor Harrington. The damage likely will render the house a total loss, said Aumend.

“We need to know let the hospitals know that they’re going to be seeing an increase,” Public Information Officer Mitchel Burmeister said. “We need to make our EMS responders aware and our police and fire responders aware. And then we need to get the word out to the community.”
