If you love sushi, this is the place you want to be!! Amazing sushi here!!! My boyfriend and I were delighted by the presentation of each item. The service was very friendly and helpful. The staff and management came to us regularly to make sure each course was enjoyed. Great sushi and nice place to hang out. Worth every penny :)

New Ownership = Total Transformation. This place was okay before. Decent sushi, but nothing to write home about. The hype is warranted. I used to work in a sushi restaurant and this is the best quality I have EVER had, EVER! Place is packed, which is not surprising. This place is amazing! The chefs and waitresses are very attentive and pay attention to detail. The plates were cleared almost immediately, our drinks were always full, and the chefs were very patient in awaiting the next order. I never felt rushed or pressured to order. Anyways, the quality of fish is consistently fresh and delicious. Again, this restaurant is on point in consistency of food and service. So many reasons to return...

Unforgettable culinary journey!!! Incredibly good and creative Japanese sushi!!! Miyako is the best sushi I've had in the US, hands down (and definitely better than Masa in New York). One of the finest meals of my life. Everyone who works there is polite and professional, and the food comes out pretty fast. I recommend trying this place for high-end Japanese. SIMPLY MIAMI'S BEST RESTAURANT.

Meilleur sushi au monde!!! Un génie de la cuisine!!! It’s a must go restaurant in Miami!!! I travel all over and have had sushi in several places. This place was recommended from a local friend and it did not disappoint. I have been here twice in the past year and the sushi is absolutely the best I have ever had. This is an amazing sushi restaurant and every dish is a wonderful experience. The restaurant is small, reservations are a must! We got to the restaurant a little before our reservation; there is a small waiting area by the sushi bar just to the left of the entrance. We were offered a beer while we waited...very much appreciated... You can choose to eat at the bar where you can watch the chef work or sit at a table. The service is fast and friendly; the waiters know their sushi and explain every plate they bring. All in all...if you try this place once...you will be hooked for life!

If you like sushi from chains like sushi sake or sushi make then this place will be fine. But for real sushi conoseurs this place is not japanese authentic. I tried the sushi and it's a mush of sauces but you can't really savor the ingredients. The vegetable sup was bland. And the ebi sushi (raw shrimp with rice) they were sweet! Tell me what shrimp comes sweet... anyways do not recomend for those who's palettes know their sushi!

Was looking for a sushi place read the reviews on Google and decided to try this place versus some of the other ones. Was not disappointed. I've been many places and eaten a lot of sushi this place is top notch. Will definitely be back if I ever happen to be down this way again.

THE BEST SUSHI OUTSIDE JAPAN!!! This was by FAR the absolutely best sushi I have ever had in my life (outside of Tokyo)!!! The fish literally melts in your mouth. Absolutely wonderful all across the menu. Do yourself a favor and treat your senses to this amazing place!!! The decor is cool and trendy, the manager and staff are exceptionally friendly and cheerful. It's a must go!!!

It was the Best Valentines Day Dinner I have ever had. The portions were right and the food quality and preparation were excellent. It was a 7 course menu and it had no flaws in any part of it. The best part was only $120 per couple; I added 2 hours of unlimited Champagne for only $20. Total we had a blast; we ate like gods, drank like angels and thank you for the rest of the night. I cannot wait to see what this restaurant is going to do next, but I will be back soon.
