**This review is for a pick up order** I had called almost 30 minutes before going into the restaurant for my order. The person who took my order said the wait time at most would be 10 - 15 minutes. Yet, when I arrived -- I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my order to come out. They have a generous lunch special option starting at $9 for appetizer and lunch sized entree. I ordered two orders of fried chicken and shrimp dumpling. The four dumplings per serving were delicious but I received two orders of steamed dumplings instead of fried. I also ordered the chicken Bangkok fried rice and chicken spicy fried rice. Both were yummy and on par with other Thai restaurants.

The interior looks so nice. The food was really good too. I had the pad thai and I loved it. My friend also had the basil fried rice and she said it tasted great. Service was prompt and the food came out very quickly. I would definitely recommend to take advantage of the lunch special, it includes an appetizer and the meal for a very good price.

So I am torn between 3 or 3.5 stars but I will keep at 3 considering the food was just ok. I was with extended family in theatre district and crew was craving thai so decided to give place a shot. I have been to Qi at the union square location but this was our first time at this location. When we went the place was quite packed the hostess seemed too busy taking delivery orders on phone , we had a wait of about 25 mins for a party of 4 which is quite understandable for Saturday night. It's nice that they have wait tables where one can sit while waiting. The best thing about this place is the décor , dim lighting with white background gives it quite a unique look. Now coming to food we ordered quite a few entrees pad Thai, basil fried rice, coconut curry and some appetizers. Everything we tasted was just Ok the flavors were very mild , things marked as spicy were not spicy. We enjoyed the décor and ambience but good not really. Go here for ambience not for food.

Food was good and the price was very reasonable, especially given the location. My meal came out quickly and was exactly what I was expecting. Great place for a quick sit down meal near busy Times Square.

It was AMAZING! The food came out quickly and it was sooo delicious! The pad Thai was so good and so was the pineapple fried rice. The inside of it was really cool also. Highly recommend!

Excellent food, not expensive and great presentation. Elegant atmosphere . PLace is hard to find though, no big signs.

Food is good but not too memorable. Service is good. Place is not easy to find. The dark restroom is kind of creepy with a Thai person transparent image on the mirror. Pricey.
