I am seriously concerned about my A/C Unit. Bought it from Alaskan Home Services for way too much money and here has been my experience since June of last year. -In November when we brought home our one-week old baby the heater stopped working. The temperature dropped to 60 degrees at time in our house so we had to buy space heaters until they could come fix it. Don't remember what the problem was but they "fixed it" and the heat started to work again -A few months ago it started to go up to 82-83 degrees in our house when we set it it to 76. The tech said it was because we weren't using the right type of air filter. So we bought the air filter he recommended and he cleaned the unit because it was "a little dirty" and it the A/C kicked in again -Now this week with the record breaking heat we are experiencing the same issue again and we're using the air filters that they recommended After 3 separate issues I'm clear that our unit is either faulty or is having problems that have yet to be resolved from Alaskan Home Services. I am attempting to reach the company in hopes that they can live up to their service promise. For now, I am a frustrated and unhappy customer.

Ulta, your salon service today was absolutely disappointing. Here is why Ulta failed in customer service today: I made an appointment on a Wednesday. My stylist called to cancel the day before. Not the worst thing in the world so I made an appointment for Saturday at 3 instead for a cut and color. There is supposed to be a note that the stylist only works with me and not other clients at the exact same time but I guess no one read my notes because Tiffani was late to see me and then worked on another customer while doing my hair. I asked Tiffani to trim my current hairstyle and make my dark brown hair 1 shade lighter. I also told her that I had to leave the salon at 5 for a family event. She said my hair couldn't get lighter unless I used a permanent color and even then the most it would be lift would 1/2 a shade. I said perfect because I love my color, I just wanted it to the tiniest bit lighter. Figured this would be an "easy" appointment for her for a quick trim and basically keeping the same exact hair color. I was wrong. After she puts in the color in my hair, Tiffani said she would be back in 45 minutes! I wish she would have told me how long the color would take BEFORE she put it on my hair since I was on a tight schedule. So while she worked with another customer I ran errands to TJ Maxx and and Lowe's so that i could still be home by 5. When I came back Tiffani washed out my color and my roots were a disgusting orange-bronze color while the rest of my hair was the same the chocolate brown. She said it was because I had "virgin roots" which is false since I've had my hair dyed several times before. I tried to be nice about it and asked her to fix it right away. She murmured what solution she would use to fix it, didn't really explain anything to me and there I was sitting 20 minutes again wasting time. And guess what? After my second wash, my roots were still totally wrong! Tiffani had no idea how to fix my hair. At this point I got out of my chair and went to look for a manager. I didn't trust that TIffani could successfully correct my color at this point and with the clock running out I would now miss on getting my hair cut at all. I have to be honest, the tall blonde manager I spoke with was utterly useless. She failed to acknowledge my frustration and said at least 3 times, "I don't know anything about hair". That's funny since she is the manger of ULTA SALON. Then Tiffani and the manager proceeded to discuss their dilemma of other clients coming in. They treated me like I was invisible and seemed most concerned about how they would take 5:00pm customers when I was standing right in front of them with orange roots! The end result was that SOMEONE would finish my hair at some point between other customers. At this point, I just wanted my hair to look the way it did before I came into Ulta and wasted 3 hours of my life. Tiffani ended getting my hair color right after 3 times, I had to wait 20 more minutes and then she blew dry my hair so that I could leave. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had in my life. I will never go to any ULTA again after this disastrous experience. In the future Ulta, own up to your mistakes instead of acting like your customers don't matter.

I was in Flagstaff for a few days shopping around and to my surprise, a BBQ joint was underground a cute shop. I had the pulled pork but what I loved were the onion rings and french fries-the perfect comfort spot after a long day.

I've waited a long time to post this review because I was so incredibly frustrated with this company that I could not sit myself down and write a review about it until now. I called numerous limo companies in hopes of finding the perfect transportation for our November 4th wedding. What made my search difficult was that we only needed the limo for 2 hours on a Friday night and almost every company states there's a minimum of 4 hours for renting a limo on a Friday night. Well, we really only needed a limo for half that time so I kept up my quest and eventually stumbled upon Aries Limousine. At first, Neal seemed like a nice enough guy so I talked to him about our 2 hour request and he said that would be no problem. He then requested a deposit over the telephone before even sending me a contract which I should have picked up on as MISTAKE #1. I said I would not give any credit card info until I received a contract so he sent it vial email and then I made the $70 deposit. Neal mentioned via email that if his White Rolls Royce was available that he would rent it to us for 30 dollars more (I.E. 300 bucks total). On our wedding day it was available so we agreed to rent the RR. It was small, dated and there was no privacy once we got inside. Usually limos have that screen between the passenger and driver and the RR definitely did not have that so it was awkward sitting right behind this random man. After only one hour Neil pulled into our neighborhood and our time was up. We CLEARLY had rented a limo for 3 HOURS, NOT ONE. Then he had the nerve to ask us for $300 for just that ONE HOUR in that stupid car. I can't believe I had to argue with this man on my wedding night. Neil is a horrible person and I would never wish his company on anyone, not even my worst enemy. Please go with a more credible company and learn from my mistakes. This company is not honest and is just out for your $$$.
