When I first got there everyone was super nice I had two different people that was suppose to help me out and the first guy was suppose to help me he seemed really nice and willing to help me he's one of the guys I recommend. The guy who ended up helping me was right there waiting for me. He helped me get financed with a brand new ford focus. He was super nice and was willing to help me sync my music in my car lol. He showed me what all the buttons in the car do. He told me what I needed to know about the car I was about to purchase. He told me if I had any questions or concerns to call him and he will help. I definitely recommend anyone coming here whether it's your first time buying a car or not. I had a great experience. When you go in there ask for OC, Eric or Daniel. Daniel was my sales person but he wasn't able to make it so he got OC to help me.😊

Bill Kay worked and worked with me to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay with minimal hassle. Car buying can be a stressful experience but Will Wilson and Bobby Nichols smoothed out every bump in the road. Don't understand why anyone would wan to buy a new Ford anywhere else. Thanks Bill Kay.

Joe is absolutely awesome! He does everything possible to assist you and get you the deal you're looking for! The sales staff is extremely welcoming as well! Truly the only dealer that will make you feel like family! If you're looking for a car, that's the place I'd send all my friends and family!!

I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer from Joe Tudela over at Bill Kay Ford. I have read some of the reviews on Google and was skeptical at 1st. They have a completely new staff in place there now and i must say they are SPOT ON!!! I was welcomed to the dealership after i made an appointment to come in and test drive the new Explorer. Prior to the test drive I was given a walk around demonstration of the vehicle highlighting all the main points of the car. It covered under the hood, safety features, and all the little ins and outs of the car! I've purchased quite a few cars in my time from new to used and i must say I've never felt better about a purchase in awhile. Not only did they have the best online prices but the entire staff was friendly and willing to help. The finance manager even had coloring books and crayons for my kids to play with while we wrapped up the paper work. This was my best car buying experience and will be doing all my future cars shopping there!!!!!!! Thanks Guys

These guys in the service department are awesome!! Especially Kevin, helped me out a lot, gave my '02 Explorer 5 more years of use!! It was a bunch of minor stuff driving me nuts and they cleared it all up!!

Purchased a Ford Escape Titanium form Bill Kay Ford 2 weeks ago that was a CPO vehicle... I had some issues with the Escape and went into the dealership and they took care of every thing that was wrong!! Couldn't of had a better experience with customer service after the purchase!! On another note the Escape is a GREAT little SUV that handles well and gets GREAT MPG! Couldn't be happier with my purchase of the Escape from the Guys @ Bill Kay Ford

Listen to the reviews on this place. Kevin in Service Dept was so rude and treated me like I didnt know a thing about cars which the mechanic agreed I was correct. I seriously couldn't believe he talked to me in that manner anc in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional! Mechanics were very polite in passing and asked questions about my car and Kevin questioned why I was telling them what was wrong. Then he insisted there was no fix for my 2015 Fusion trans hanging between 2nd and 3rd gear and even handed me wrong keys. Such a disappointment. I miss Domino Ford the service dept was way better. This place is ridiculous. We even tried buying our car here and we were lured in with special sales only to be told the guy was lying. We didnt buy here and never will nor use this service dept. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! PLENTY OF OTHER FORD DEALERS GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
