I recently purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer from Joe Tudela over at Bill Kay Ford. I have read some of the reviews on Google and was skeptical at 1st. They have a completely new staff in place there now and i must say they are SPOT ON!!! I was welcomed to the dealership after i made an appointment to come in and test drive the new Explorer. Prior to the test drive I was given a walk around demonstration of the vehicle highlighting all the main points of the car. It covered under the hood, safety features, and all the little ins and outs of the car! I've purchased quite a few cars in my time from new to used and i must say I've never felt better about a purchase in awhile. Not only did they have the best online prices but the entire staff was friendly and willing to help. The finance manager even had coloring books and crayons for my kids to play with while we wrapped up the paper work. This was my best car buying experience and will be doing all my future cars shopping there!!!!!!! Thanks Guys

I have purchased my last 2 cars here. I like the sales staff (especially OC) but the finance team (to close the deal) is a bit intense and I almost walked on my last purchase. Overall, great cars at a pretty good price. However, since I bought my vehicles at Bill Kay, I like to bring them there for service, but that department is slow and the service is dropping off a bit in the last few visits. Even when I have a scheduled appointment, the visit seems to be taking longer. Might have to start looking for a different service place.

Horrible horrible horrible! Service department sucks . Javier and Raul 5 thumbs down .ozzie is OK but Everything is so unorganized and nobody is on the same page or knows anything! They got all new staff but I liked Mike as the GM much better! . But I will not be trading in my car here , it seems like the new cars are used . And used cars are even worse. Save your money and time. Go somewhere else

I've never had an issue with Bill Kay Ford. From my purchase to my servicing. Always taken care of and the boys in service never try to sell something that wasn't needed. They have even saved me money! I always go back.

I came all the way from Clarksville Tennessee to purchase a car from Tavis J. at Bill Kay Ford. I had the most wonderful experience. Everyone was friendly and I was well taken care of.

This happen a few years back. I purchased a new F150 truck from Bill Kay. I brought it back a week later for a few things that I purchase at the time of the sale. I was driving down the street 2 days later and noticed my truck in the middle of the street involved in an accident. One of the sales people decided to take it home for the night and got hit by another car. Bill Kay did nothing for me. They said my insurance had to pay for it. Don't buy from this place.

I initially purchased a vehicle from Bill Kay Ford in May of 2013, a 2004 Chevy Impala financed through Greater Suburban Acceptance (GSAC), I put over $1000 down, with a note of $293 a month. I was informed by the salesman that after 6 months I can come back trade car in for a newer car, well I did that and I was turned down. Let me not forget that I called back in to the dealership that my a/c was not working the second day after having the car and I was told that I was on my own for repairs, okay I took that being that it was "as is" warranty. I then was informed that after a year to come back as long as I pay my note on time, it will help re establish my credit, and I did that too. I went to dealership around June/July 2014, got exact same treatment from the 6 month visit. I was they would not take my car as a trade, saying the payoff is too much than the car is worth, I guess forgetting they're the ones who sold it to me at that rate. I was told that the company was under new management to come in and they will work with me, I went back to Bill Kay, was told to see Will in sales and when he saw me, this man looked at me, walked out and drove off, then another salesman was handed my info and he literally did not want to assist me, and ran my credit "AGAIN", so called appraised my car, told me that the bank was closed and he would call me the next day. I NEVER got that call. So I recently got a call from salesm, that GSAC approved me for a loan fro being a premier customer to come in and look at cars. I explained to him that I was highly disappointed in Bill Kay and GSAC for he above treatment. Needless to say, I gave it another try, went in on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at noon I did not leave there until 4pm, I explained to the salesman I did not want to come there and get same treatment, well supposedly I was approved to get a car with no money down and apparently the car was not there, I was asked to come back Monday when the car arrives. called Monday, was informed the car was there, then I was transferred to another man who told me the car was indeed there however that the bank that approved me Saturday I is not approving me Monday, they wanted money down that I did not have, and so long story short, I am still in this 2004 Impala, with a payoff of $7,000, no loan approval, and still highly disgusted with Bill Kay Ford for easting my time yet again.
