#1 Way to increase the value of your business… get you out of the central role. To work towards becoming an owner-independent business, rank each product or service you sell from 0 to 10 based on how easy they are to teach an employee to handle. Then begin teaching and delegating from easy to hardest.

To build an owner-independent business consider being transparent about your financial results. Allow employees to participate in your financial success. This results in employees who act like owners when you’re not around.
