We came in to watch the Sunday Football games. There was limited seating so we found a small bar table at the edge of the restaurant. We noticed a party of 2 was leaving and asked our waitress if we could have that seat. She said she had to check to see if it was reserved. She came back and told us it was reserved. In the meantime, a party of 4 came in and looked around the restaurant. Saw the table open and sat down. When we confronted our waitress, all she said was "sorry". She didn't do anything and gave us attitude. My husband went over and spoke with Tony Schwenn the manager. He went over to the waitress to reprimand her in front of everyone and then walked away. He was equally as rude and didn't do anything to help. This restaurant is exactly what you would see on the show "Restaurant Impossible" The end result would be both Tony and the waitress would be fired! We complained to the hotel manager and he said this was privately owned.

Beautiful atmosphere! If you enjoy Vegas weather and people-watching from a fun patio, sit outside! If you love exotic and expensive cars, sit inside. The food was good and less expensive than most sit-down restaurants in the premium hotels of Las Vegas. The location can be a little tricky to find if you are navigating through the hotel but any hotel employee can point you in the right direction. It's actually easier to access when walking the strip. This restaurant is one of the few places where you can enjoy a wonderful meal right on the strip!

The hostess was rude when she sat us at the table, She almost looked like we were bothering her. When we sat down it took someone 15 minutes to ever take our drink order. Our server was just if rude if not worse. It took him forever to get our order and right after he took it I saw him talking to the hostess for at least 10 minutes before he went into the kitchen to place the order. The food was ok. I would never come to this restaurant again and I discourage anyone else to as well.

It's nice to have a vegan menu but service is pretty slow and they can't seem to handle splitting a bill.

NYE 2012 Event - Dinner on the Patio. This event was a complete disaster. We purchased tickets for the NYE 2012 Gala but when we showed up no one at the restaurant had any idea what our tickets were for and when we finally did get seated it only got worse from there. The description of the event said that we would be seated on a heated patio which was a joke; the heaters that they did have didn't even work. We sat in the cold for over 35 minutes before a server even approached us and then after taking our drink order it was another 1 hour before our drinks we brought. We sat in the cold for over 2 hours and we never received our dinner. When we approached the manager she seemed "put out" an offered to cover our gratuity and told us to take the rest up with the service we purchased the tickets from. GRATUITY!! Yep she really said that to us. If you enjoy waiting and having terrible service then Dal Toro is the place for you.

My partner and I had a disappointing experience in the Dal Toro restaurant in Las Vegas, for the New Year's Eve 2012/2013. We bought the tickets through a reseller. The details about the event were wrong: the reseller said the event was from 10.30pm to 1am. It was, in fact from 10pm to midnight. The menus advertised were different. The reseller advertised a heated patio. It was not, and Las Vegas is cruelly cold in December. At seating time, a person took our printed tickets and disappeared with them. It took us 20 minutes to explain to a different concierge that we actually had the tickets that were taken away from us by their colleague. We were seated at a dirty table. We were given dirty glasses. I asked for a cleanup, and new glasses, and got a different set of slightly less dirty glasses. We waited for more than 1 hour for our first course (out of 4) to arrive. Several tables around to us also had the same problem. We seemed to have been forgotten by the waiting staff. At midnight, we were only served the first course, and only after we insisted several times. Tables next to us had a different approach. The party at one table got up and left. The party at other were very annoyed and talked to a staff member for an extended period of time. We chose to poke the waiters and staff until we were served our meals. It took us more than 3 hours to do succeed, and at the end we were not exhalted by the coming of the new year, but were tired, frustrated and pretty much stayed hungry throughout the evening. The food itself was average, and definitely not worth the money. The decor seems to imply sophistication, but there is no substance behind that.
