I'm thrilled that I was selected as a winner in Element14's "NxP WaRP7 RoadTest"!

This sounds like an amazing platform that is very affordable if you want some hi-tech wearables/IoT with built-in camera, screen and all! :-)

Stay tuned to the link below to see my RoadTest Review.

I'm using a Raspberry Pi for this. I finally got this particularly unique problem figured out. I had a very tight space to get these LEDs to function as buttons.

See the short video for info on what I'm doing. (Detailed explanations to follow on https://section9.space.)

The Pip Boy project, itself, is not yet fully functional. But the pypboy.gpio module that I wrote is fully functional and you can use it today! See my Github repository here: https://github.com/lelandg/pypboy for example Python test scripts.

Code for the actual multiplexer module (and gpio wrapper) are here: https://github.com/lelandg/pypboy/tree/master/pypboy/gpio. You're welcome to "pull those up" into your own project, as long as the OS licensing is followed. (Which I'm sure none of you will have a problem with.😉)

This is a custom device and custom circuitry that I designed and built to fit inside a provided Pip Boy 3D print for my brother Noel Green.

This is the first time I've got it to work inside the Pip Boy like this! Exciting! :)

Now to get this one soldered to the permanent circuit board!

My neighbor gave me some awesome equipment yesterday! Yes, gave me! Check it out.

Power supply is like new. The oscilloscope is obviously older. (I still need to get the manual for it.)

The full-size version(s) of my current Google+ background. I painted this for a 1920x1080 wallpaper. It's still my wallpaper. ;-)

This one is not new. I drew/digitally painted it while studying Don Seegmiller's Digital Character Design.
