Toast Skagen is probably the most usual starter swedish restaurants have. As long as the restaurant serves more than main dishes, it tends to offer Toast Skagen.

And boy, is it delicious...

Traditionally(or at least in every swedish recipe I've heard of) you never add raisins to the dough, they're only for decoration on top of the buns. Looking pretty yummy though!
