Check out this pretty incredible review from a past client:

I was charged with using counterfeit US currency in Ohio. The State first picked up the case and then the Feds came and took it over. Attorney Reid Yoder represented me throughout the entire case. The Government alleged that I used over $30,000 in counterfeit bills. Attorney Yoder went through all of the transactions and determined that it was only $10,000. I agreed to plead guilty. At the time of sentencing Attorney Yoder argued on my behalf that the Court should consider a downward departure for some of the good things that I had done, including getting a job while I was released and starting classes. The Judge agreed and instead of sentencing me to prison I got probation. I thought I was going to be sentenced to 24 months. Attorney Yoder was amazing. He was always there to take my calls and talk to me about what he was doing with my case - TS

MYTH
Placing pennies under your tongue will allow you to pass a breathalyzer test.
FACT
A breathalyzer measures the chemical reaction between the amount of alcohol expelled on the breath and the contents of a vial in a breathalyzer machine. Despite your friend’s claims to the contrary, pennies will do nothing to affect this chemical reaction. Putting pennies under your tongue in order to beat a breathalyzer will do nothing but leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Some light reading of a Case Result on Medicaid Fraud.

Firm represented a client charged with Medicaid fraud. The client had reported reduced income statements from his employer in order to be eligible for Medicaid. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services conducted the investigation. It was reported the client benefits amount to $87,000 over five years. The Firm successfully argued that the number was inflated and the employer was responsible for the erroneous statements not the employee. The case was resolved for a misdemeanor offense and restitution of $13,000. Case Number: 999

Another happy citizen!

I was stopped and arrested for an OVI. A friend referred me to DiCaudo & Yoder LLC. I was studying to be a nurse and could not have an OVI on my record. Mr. DiCaudo pointed out some weaknesses in the Prosecutor"s case and they offered me a reckless operation without a license suspension. I was so relieved and thankful for all of his help! - JL

Parents - we are here to help!
.
.
Our daughter was charged with underage consumption and possession of marijuana at Kent State. She is a nursing student and we were concerned that the charges would affect her ability to graduate and become an RN. She had a previous underage consumption. We contacted a friend of ours who happens to be a Judge and asked who he would recommend me. He recommended Tom DiCaudo. We met with Tom the same day we called and discussed the issues of the case. He spoke to us for more than an hour and took the time to answer a concerned parent questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and above all caring. We felt that he truly cared about the outcome of our daughter's case and her future. Over a two month period of time my husband and I must have called and/or texted him around a 100 times. Each time he would take our call and calm our concerns. In the end he was able to convince the Prosecutor to make an exception and allow her to go into a diversion program. Inevitably the case was dismissed and she has no record. If you are a concerned parent and need an excellent attorney please call Tom DiCaudo. - Concerned Mother
