My wife and I bought a little kitten for our 7 year old daughter. He is a lover and loves to be cuddled. I wanted my daughter to learn to take care of something other than herself. However, we have another kitten that does not like other animals. Her name is Zoey (ZoZo).

We have had her for over 2 years and was not aware of her disdain for others. So, we are offering her up to anyone in the Treasure Valley who wants her...Free. She will even come with a little cat bed, a few of her favorite toys, and has had all of her shots.

Send me an email: netwerkingnut@gmail.com if you are interested.

This should hit your Friday Funny Bone! Nice Going GOOGLE! :)

Here is a fun little picture shared by Google. Apparently, one of its self-driving cars were pulled over because it was driving too slow (it is limited to 25 MPH). https://goo.gl/zNAmhg

However, that's not the fun part. The fun is that, in the future, we won't have any need for traffic cops like this guy. Think about it. The only reason they exist today is because we humans are constantly doing weird things in our cars, like speeding, driving recklessly, running red lights, and so forth.

But in a future with self-driving cars, no car would be doing any of that. So, bye, bye traffic cops :)

Also, imagine the conversation here.

Traffic cop: Hello S..., wait... where is is the driver?
Person: There isn't any.
Traffic cop: Uh... okay... well, I pulled you over because you weren't driving fast enough:
Person: But I wasn't driving.
Traffic cop: Ehh... that's no excuse. You need to drive faster.
Person: I can't. I can only tell the car to stop.
Traffic cop: Uh... well, I'm going to give you a ticket anyway.
Person: Again, I wasn't driving. Surely you can't give a ticket to a passenger? Talk to the driver.
Traffic cop: But where is the driver?
Person: There isn't any ;)

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 (SCH-I545) and recently got pushed into updating the OS to Android version 5.0.1 (Kernel version 3.4.0)...and I HATE it!!! I lost ALL of my display preferences, all of my screen transitions (like the screen wobble once you reach the end of the windows), and not to mention of the colour palettes forced on me. All of system control icons turned into circles (like G+ circular icons).

The colour theme I was using was Matrix green on black. My battery lasted SO much longer with that theme. Now, I'm lucky to make it a whole day, as EVERYTHING is on a white screen.

Anyone have any suggestions how to get my theme and preferences back?

I want to give a shout out to all my brothers and sisters who served and/or still serving in the Armed Forces, especially to the memory of those who paid the ultimate price - their life to protect the Constitution of this Great Nation. God Bless all who served and God Bless these Great United States of America!

First off, I'm overweight. I'm not a sports enthusiast and certainly do not look it either. I'm a Disabled US Navy Veteran bone-cancer survivor with a prosthetic leg brace that has a hinged ankle tearing up the back of my shoe. I Google'd shoe repair in Boise and McU Sports was the closest store near my office. I rode my motorcycle down and walked in. Someone in shorts (no name badge or identifiable indicators that he worked there) called out across the store if I was looking for something. I approached him and asked if he worked there and he acknowledged. ...that was the extent of the nice part of my visit. I asked if they did show repair as they advertise. The woman standing by the cash register looked me up and down and said, "Birkenstock only. You'll have to go somewhere else like Riebe's." I looked at the gentleman and asked if they could at least shore up the back of my shoe. The woman piped up (once again, I wasn't even near her nor talking to her) with the same comment, "Riebe. You'll just have to go somewhere else." With that, I was dismissed. Rude, seemingly judgmental, and not offering me any other options other than "...go somewhere else." I have a healthy budget for this request and could have spent most of it right here! They lost a great client/customer!

I took my cousin's word this place would be safe for my family...it was NOT! The 1st room were sent to was so disgusting. I found a syringe on the floor behind the front door when I tried to close it. The door wouldn't even close all the way. It wouldn't lock. So, I went to the front office to request a different "clean" room and the kid running the window acted as if I dishonored his family. After trying to get additional money from me, he finally assigned us to another room, just 2 doors down from the first. Let's just say at least the door closed. It wouldn't lock, but it did close all the way. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair from different origins lay all about. We decided to leave and sleep in the car. At least the car was clean and could be locked.

It's been over 25 years since I've been there but I still rave about the ride to this day!!! It's the longest all wooden railroad-style roller coaster. It was one heck of a BUMPY ride!!! I LOVED it!
