Came here for brunch on Sunday - after they took our orders, they didn't check on us once, didn't seem to even see us there. I finally had to flag someone down to ask for coffee and water refills and a check, after sitting awkwardly for almost half an hour after finishing our food. The food was fine, but this is my second time coming here for breakfast with terrible service, so it'll probably also be the last.

Came in for the happy hour for my boyfriend's birthday. Best casual sushi for the price on the east side, cheap sake, and not at all crowded. This will definitely be one of our regular spots!

I've lived close to this place for almost 2 years, but never stopped in until today. It's so cute, so friendly, and SO open until 11 pm. We split a scoop of spumoni ice cream ($2) but I'm going back to try all of the cakes.

Food and atmosphere great, service hilariously bad. Came here for brunch on a Saturday, sat on the back patio. Took 15 minutes for someone to come by with menus or to offer coffee. After trying to make eye contact with servers for 5-10 minutes I finally had to call out "excuse me" to get attention, and once we got brought menus, no one was particularly nice to us to make up for the fact that they'd previously ignored us. Additionally, they got my date's meal wrong and we saw several others around us send back incorrect orders. The food was good, but only go if you've got a couple hours to kill.

We go to Sushi Ichiban at least once a month, usually more like once a week! The food is great - it's not a "real" sushi experience, but it is 100% better than any chain Sushi Go-Round you've been to. The most important thing is that the food is super fresh. They don't use tuna "scrape," they use real chopped up tuna in their tuna rolls, their portions are more than generous, and they use real, fresh wasabi. The staff is friendly, the decor is fun, and you really can't beat the Wednesday/Saturday deals ($1.25 for most plates for dinner on Wednesday and all day Saturday).

Mickey and his crew are the greatest, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! When I take my car in, I always get a call about a half hour later telling me what's wrong with it and how much it will cost to fix, what is necessary and what is optional (and he is very honest about what truly is optional) It's often done and fixed the same day and the prices are much lower than at a dealership/Jiffy Lube/Les Schwab. He never upsells or gouges and for that I am so thankful!
