Introduction

Recently Homeless Rose Lamatt spent
14 years as an Alzheimer's caregiver, then became Homeless.

She spent a large part of her life in fear, panic attacks, and agoraphobia, until she learned, change your thought, change your life.

She knows life can change in the blink of an eye. ‘You think you know where you are headed, then POW you're knocked off that solid piece of ground you thought you were on.’
She worked in health care: assisted living, adult day care, and volunteered for Alzheimer’s support groups. Now she writes, sharing what she’s learned, hoping to help others.

Check out the name: "One on One Fitness" and that's exactly what it is. I've been going to this fitness center for two weeks and can say, the exercises Karen has given me have worked wonders. I now have endurance and balance. After neck surgery, and heart attack in past years, I had stopped exercising. Due to little, or no movement, I've put on a lot of weight, finding it hard even to walk the grocery store isles. Now, with Karen's program, and 'one on one' monitoring, I'm able to walk the grocery store and do much more. I highly recommend 'One on One Fitness'.
