That's awesome, man. I'd love to help you on that mission. I am an SEO (search engine optimization) Analyst and could help you that way or I'd be able to offer suggestions on the videos (like when it's windy in the videos it's hard to hear your instruction), etc. Want to take the conversation offline?

I would definitely like to see men understand the benefits of the exercises and embrace it more. It's made out to be a feminine thing to do (which is because mostly women have done it up to this point) but it absolutely has its application for guys who want to get strong, be more flexible, get rid of muscle pain (which for me is mostly back, hamstrings, groins), and relax (one of the best benefits). It's a lot harder than it looks.

So yeah, either way, keep up the good work. Thanks for making these videos.

Hey Mike. Thanks for commenting. Although not an SEO (yep, I know what it stands for) expert myself, I have also come to the conclusion that wind in the background makes the viewing experience less pleasurable to the viewer.

Regardless, would love to hear what you have to say. Send me an email at dean@manflowyoga.com. Thank you!

Loving all your videos, man. Nice and short but very productive and challenging. I definitely prefer to watch a yoga video like this from a guy who is jacked (and obviously flexible) because that's what I'm going for as well. I used to do Rodney Yee's Power Yoga but I'm liking your stuff better. Thanks for the instruction.

What's your background? I couldn't find anything on YouTube or your website... wasn't sure if I was just not looking in the right place.

Agreed - I need to make my website a little more easy to navigate. I started when I was a lacrosse player in college, and I started MFY because I wanted to bring the benefits of yoga to a larger audience in more relatable terms. That's the long story, short.
