Everything from the service to the food was absolutely fabulous. My steak was cooked to perfection!! We ordered two beef dishes and two seafood dishes. Every dish was so good. I highly recommend eating here. I also had the Caricature- cab/zin wine that was recommended by the waitress, it too was really good.

oh my, have wanted to go here for a long time, saw most reviews and decided to finally go. Will not be going back, service was a little slow but waiter/waitress very nice & attentive. The food was not good, fish dry & tart, clam chowder was watered down, potato hard. Maybe an acquired taste but was way over my head, can't get over.

I had a bad experience here and would not go back. The waiter was very good and he did know his stuff. The wait time was the longest I have ever experienced; yet this would not have bothered me if the food had been better. I had the worst, and most expensive, fish and chips. You would actually be better off picking up a bag of Gordon’s frozen fish fillets and a bag of frozen fries. I am not sure why they also have a burger on their menu, also priced very high, when it is subpar. I understand it is a seafood restaurant, but if you are going to put a hamburger on your menu, above standard restaurant price, it better be delicious. All in all, I do not care about the price when the flavor of the food matches in value, yet this is not the case at King Fisher. Others seem to have enjoyed it, but maybe they have never had real seafood in a state that has a coast.

The worst seafood place ever. I highly recommend Tucson bringing in real Seafood Restaurants such as "Todai"!! Takamatsu is Alot better than this place.. the service was ok.

I'll be honest...I'm not a fish fan at all, my buddies dragged me in here boasting of the Hawaiian fish. Decided "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" took a breath and gave it a try. I am totally astonished, this was scrumptious!!!! The staff were very observant as well, we didn't have any delay in getting refills, etc. Great place!

King Fisher is a fantastic local grill/bar restaurant, very little advertising needed once you have been there. Let put it this way, you will dream of going back because of their great dishes and full bar. The price is affordable, the service is great, and the food is delicious. That would make King Fisher become my favorite place for a romantic dinner with my husband. his too since it is not a frilly place.

The seafood was fresh and the menu descriptions sounded great, and the execution was decent, but not outstanding. Portion sizes were a bit small for the price, and the seasoning on the scallops relied on the aloli too much (I don't appreciate mayonaisse). I have been to many seafood restaurants across the country and this one does not compare (i.e. is overrated), but if this is the best Tucson has to offer, I feel sorry for the people here.
