A nice place to stay if you're coming to Lake Tahoe over the weekend. The rooms were clean and the staff very nice. The complimentary breakfast is also very good! The only (really) small downside: although free, the internet in your hotel room is cable-only, so plan to bring a device with a network port if you want to use it.

Rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Outdoor hot tub was nice. Hot breakfast at their restaurant was great.

Drove almost 15 hours from a small town outside of Portland, OR to this place. Took the scenic route of US 50 - recommended. I was so tired, the staff was just very helpful and the hotel is clean and a great value. Rooms are a little small, and from the outside look daunting, but they're your good old Best Western rooms on the inside. The restaurant was REALLY fancy - I had a steak and it was a 3 course meal, well worth the money. Free breakfast was great. I'll be back..

This Best Western was fantastic! I was offered a great deal plus I was upgraded to a suite. It's nestled in the woods right by the lake, just 2 minutes from the main drag and includes a hot breakfast. It's much nicer than the other BW just up the road... and a better value.

A good place to stay yet maybe a tad bit expensive. The rooms were more than nice as was the bathroom. HDTV in the room was a very nice touch. My only criticism is WiFi was only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.

Room was small and appliances very outdated. Hot tub was broken for all of the weekend we stayed. Free breakfast was nice but as it was a restaurant style long wait included along with unhappy servers at times. Overall for the price we paid the casino's would have been a much better deal. Not only are they up to date but staff is better as well.

I recently stayed for one night at the hotel for a quick vacation from the Bay Area. The room was quaint, the size was reasonable, but it was nothing special. The breakfast was good compared to other hotel chains, and the service at the restaurant was fantastic. That was about the only good thing about the hotel though. After looking through my bills, i realized that they charged me 100$. After inquiring about the charge, they told me that they had to clean out the room because there was pet hair. I DID NOT HAVE A PET IN THE ROOM, I DON'T EVEN OWN A PET!!! After calling the hotel, they failed to respond, and after repeated attempts to get my money back, i am still trying to dispute the charge. Lesson to learn, i will never stay at this hotel because of their lack of customer service and failure to justify bogus charges...
