This is the absolutely worst dealership I've ever worked with. The dealership removed a part from my vehicle (rear lift gate switch) under warranty and said they would give me a call when the new switch showed up. After 1+ years of calling monthly the dealership said the switch is still on back order. Here I am 3 years later and they finally got the switch but refuse to replace it under warranty because too much time has passed. Let me repeat!! They removed the switch and said they would call when it arrived. They never called and I gave up calling after 1+ years of being told it was still on back order. Called Chrysler customer service and they will take care of the problem for this pathetic dealership. The service advisers along with managers have very bad attitudes when warranty service is needed. Chrysler recommended a different dealership for service.

I want to congratulate Jim and his service crew. I had a problem with my ABS on my Liberty. It was incorrectly diagnosed at an area service station, and I ordered the Control module and couldn't get it installed at other dealers. Jim took care of me and we finally got it fixed. I didn't save any money but learned a valuable lesson.

Awesome customer service and quick! I purchased the 4 oil changes for $65 that was sent to my email a week ago. I went in on Friday during my lunch hour for an oil change through the express lane. I drove right in and a service employee checked me in, he was very helpful. I mentioned that I wanted the $65 oil change special. He explained to me the terms of that special. I went into the waiting romm and before you know it my oil change was completed. The service employee went over the sheet of all the checks that was performed and told me I was all set. This is my third time getting an oil change at Milosch service and I am very happy with the exceptional customer service I have recieved. Thank you!

I have a used van that needed tether latches for carseats installed per a service bulletin (under warranty). First, I was told it would take 3 days for the parts to come in and the manager would call me to schedule an appointment. 8 days later I called, and the parts had been there for days without a phone call. When I brought my car in at 1:15 for my appointment, no problems. I was told previously that they had never done this service bulletin and it would take more than the time noted (about 45 minutes). Totally understandable. They estimated 2 hours. At 5pm I contacted them and my service coordinator said they weren't close to done, and that they had to take all the seats out, mark for holes, etc.. Now, We are talking about a mini-van.. the seats come out in about 2 minutes for every single one. She made it sound like it was taking forever to accomplish these things and it was more work than expected. Again, I had read the service bulletin, I know what this process entails. I asked if the van was started at 1:15, my appointment time. She hesitantly told me No. They had actually just started (4 HOURS after my time). I asked for a free loaner car as I was quoted about 2 hours and had errands the next day. Transferred to manager's voice mail. Manager said a compressor had been out since 3 days previously and the service man didn't fix it until 11 am that morning which put them behind. Totally understandable. I asked why I wasn't informed or my appointment moved to a different day- literally he said "We were caught up by then". So, Mr. Manager, were you behind, or caught up, or are you lying. He also said there were no loaner cars. No offers of help. I could bring it in tomorrow or leave it overnight. I am not unreasonable. I realize that compressors break and schedules are broken. But being up front is a much better plan for customer service. This place is unreal. Every time I call I am cut off mid sentence to be transferred to a voice mail. Every time I call I am lied to point blank. I will never bring my car to this dealership again. I would rather opt to bring it farther away for better customer service. Being talked down to and lying is not worth the relative closeness.

Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service.You can find better customer service at a secretary of state. They have had my 2012 jeep in for repairs for over 8 weeks now and wont be completed for at least another 2 meaning a 10+ week time to repair my vehicle when originally was quoted to be a 3 to 3.5 week job. While they are "working" on my jeep the only way I got updates on the status of the project is by me calling them and each time i did there was a new excuse for the delay. They also did NOT offer any form of compensation for car payment, deductible, or rental. O wait they did offer me a free 3 day rental...jeez thanks! Horrible service and staff and the Chrysler Service Center is no better...been 1.5 weeks and my case "manager" cant even get me a simple rental car and is conveniently not in the office every time i try calling her. This will definitely be the first and last time I ever buy a Chrysler car or go to any other Milosch dealership for other OEM. My advice - DO NOT GO HERE!
