Since 90% of my G+ Circles are made of Redditors, I thought I'd post this here as those of you may be interested in the man who's best positioned to continue the legacy of Canadian Medicare founder, Tommy Douglas.

Please feel free to re-share!

The popular website Reddit has become the go-to place for people to meaningfully engage political candidates on the issues important to them. US President Barack Obama, Reform Party founder Preston Manning, and NDP MP Dan Harris have all held Ask Me Anything (AMA) chat sessions -- and on Tuesday December 4, Sask NDP leadership candidate Dr. Ryan Meili, author of "A Healthy Society" ( will be holding one.

This is a great chance for members of the public to directly ask Ryan anything that's on their mind - from the serious to the silly to the sublime. (Expect questions about battling duck-sized horses and horse-sized ducks!)

Join us next Tuesday December 4, 2012 from 3 - 4:30 p.m. (Saskatchewan time which is 4 - 5:30 p.m. EST) as Ryan Meili answers YOUR questions.

To participate in this chat, please visit: at the appointed time. The link to Ryan's AMA should be at or near the top of the page. Once you're in the AMA thread, you can submit your questions via the text box at the top of the page. If you don't have a free Reddit account, you can get one via the "Register" link at the top right of any page on Reddit.

Okay, I admit I don't check in to G+ as much as I did after it launched. So I don't know when the mobile app was updated. But wow - what a thing of beauty!

Most people would be lucky to revolutionize one industry in their lifetime. Steve Jobs radically changed four: computers (Apple), animation (Pixar), music (iTunes/iPod) and mobile (iPhone).

I also think of the story (possibly an urban legend?) that during a recent Presidential summit on technology, a bunch of big name CEOs were sitting around the table. The CEO of Oracle said "Mr. President - there's only one CEO at this table who can't be replaced. And that's Steve Jobs."

I guess we'll see...

This is a brilliant idea for how to classify your circles (and not just because it reminds me of Dewey!) I've taken the time to do it for my own circles and it definitely brings order to chaos. The only major difference with what this person recommends is that I created one circle called "0.0 - All My Life's A" which is a circle dedicated to anyone who I want to hear from regularly whether they're family, a college friend, a work friend or otherwise.
