A black hole of misery and incompetence. MasterCard sent some credit cards to us via UPS. They were never delivered, so our existing cards got cancelled. Then they sent us some replacement cards via UPS "expedited". That was a week ago and the scheduled delivery is for next week. The tracking number shows that the new cards are here, but a phone call to the Poor or Later contractor left me with a vague promise that if they come across them, they might give me a phone call.. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the first set of cards landed on the floor of this outfit never to see the inside of a truck again, which is why I'm now waiting for my second set of cards. How does a place stay in business with lousy service like this, when service is the only thing they sell?
