I believe it is working for me too I just plugged my battery pack charger into a wall switch for an end table lamp in the living room so I could just flip the wall switch on and off. Effectively doing the same thing as plugging and unplugging it and not sure if it's going to work now? My battery shows that it's fully charged after just a few minutes and I know that can't be possible so I think maybe it's not going work for me but that's pretty cool stuff and it's nice to see that somebody takes care of their equipment just it's older doesn't mean it has to be worn out.

I think I'm going to try it the way you showed on the video before I give up on it?

It should be called Brookwood Foot Care~Less. Last year Dr. Calcatera did surgery on my big right toe. He removed the toenail and split my toe open to gain access to the cyst that I came to have removed. Not only was the recovery from the surgery very slow because the extremity is so far away from rapid circulation but I also endured a great deal of pain walking on it 4 weeks in a bloody sock and rubber boot paid for by Blue Cross Blue Shield... and all of it pretty much for nothing! My out of pocket after BCBS was about $800.00. I complained for weeks after the surgery that my toe was still swollen. red, and painful; Dr. C continued for weeks to tell me that it was "Doing fine and just let it heal". I finally paid them their balance so they could not run down my credit or have any excuse for the recovery. The PATHOLOGY REPORT which I have a copy of says that the CYST APPEARED TO BE NOT COMPLETELY REMOVED and I plan to take a picture of it when I get back from vacation and post it here too. I just took pictures of my toe on my phone that you can look at and be the judge. He told me on my last visit that "At least it is better than it was before..." and as they say "A picture is worth a thousand words."

The Hoover Library is very nice and the Plaza is warm and inviting..... this is a great place for a business meeting or relaxing, The Cafe is so obscure that if if the food wasn't a 'Find' they would not last a month. This is a word of mouth business that survives on great food and service in a classy Library. The Hoover Library was voted #2 in the nation, second only to the New York Library! Prepare to be wowed and impressed with the library and the food.

Lori~waitress & Rich~shucker... Oyster n gumbo are awesome... coming from the East Coast.... And a Florida native>>> I AM NOT EASILY IMPRESSED!!! This place is authentic-laid back and a real find! On the water not the highway, I will return ... probably tomorrow before I go back to Alabama... PS.. If you have to wait don't complain... that is a good sign! Or come early like I did at noon.. Oysters for breakfast and gumbo for dessert! Just awesome!

A "Hole in the Wall" and "No Delivery" will not stop this place from continuing to attract new customers as the former reviews brought up.... Actually it's a Hole in the Corner of a defunct shopping center (for now) next to Fred's Discount but with the coming of the Neighborhood Walmart across the street I expect to see the shopping center to be revived. Be it a "Hole" it is a CLEAN ... "Loved it" and still do! Just don't go there on Monday....it's closed.

I stopped by on my way back to the hotel after having oysters n gumbo at The Boathouse,,, (see review) and met Lloyd Brooks who was outside working the racks with his crew. I was a little apprehensive because I didn't want to spend time with them up-selling me air & cabin filters or whatever. I told Lloyd I was from Bham and he said he used to live in Cahaba Heights. Getting to the point, he listened to me and offered me two choices (synthetic or regular). They had me out in about 10 minutes with no attitude whatsoever! Even told me about another great locals place to try (Dewey Destin's) for seafood and he gave me a $5 discount for being a first time customer. Turns out Lloyd is an Assistant Manager but I would have never know it until he wrote down on his card that he gave me when I left!

Yoe Express....I stopped by Yoe for 2 Spring Rolls and 2 Egg rolls to see how they operate. I could see the kitchen from the take out area and I watched an employee walk into the freezer, grab two rolls with no gloves or take any sanitary measures. About 10 minutes later I was presented with my order that was prepaid. It is a takeout place (dirty and messy) in the waiting area too by the way. I sat in my car and took a bite of one of the Egg rolls first which was obviously refried. Cold in the middle and hot outside and the wrap was overcooked.
