Introduction
I'm returning to my roots and heading back to teach high school biology.  I started a certified green cooking school for children called What's Cooking with Kids, and have played with kids in the kitchen for the past 8 years.  When I'm not teaching, writing or in the kitchen, I am acting as head chauffeur for my kids, tending to my backyard flock of chickens or walking the dogs.  Or if I am lucky, I am at the farmer's market.  Eating.
