Great LUXURIOUS rooms, friendly staff, but a mandatory $20 hidden fee for checkout at every room when you stay?! Had to dock 2 Stars for that. They don't even tell you upfront about it! Ruined my experience, it was going so well! Also, ONLY two roulette tables going on a Sunday!? Super long wait to sit down and play (aka lose money).

Loud auditorium size casino. Machines are seriously dated and many in bad condition. Table games are few. Crowded. Customers are way over served. It seems like it is a giant waiting room for their nightclub. So. If you are over 25 and don't have a serious drinking problem, this place isn't for you. Two stars because people under 25 who drink too much will love this place. Real gamblers will miss Ceasars. Which was what this building used to be.

Decent hotel and decent casino, but be careful at the front desk. They tell you one thing and then charge you another! The manager needs to learn about customer service especially when I spent over a thousand in their hotel. He was not receptive to what I was told at all. My wife and I will not stay there again! Do yourself a favor and shop around!

We had a great time at Montbleu. We received comps after our first visit . We have enjoyed the comped rooms-newly redecorated and upgraded. The slots were entertaining and rewarding. The slot tournaments have been a blast. And we totally enjoy the meals. Well worth taking a look here!

We got food poisoning from the buffet and we were throwing up in our rooms for two days straight. Security came and saw throwing up and did nothing for us. The hotel front desk said that the only person that could do something for us was Michelle Bergstrom the risk management director. It took her over a week to call me back after multiple messages and when she finally called me she said that I probably made it up and that she would not take responsibility and that she would do nothing for me. Michelle deserves to be fired for her obvious lack of customer service and shady business tactics.

I am very sad they removed the quarter horse machine. That was my favorite piece of the casino, it was also a few of the remaining machines so seeing it go was sad. I don't know why they would do that. Also we gambled at the black jack machine and they never came around with our drinks. It was not the best day, this used to be my favorite casino in Tahoe.

could not get a drink at the slots. worse than bad service at the bar. the bartender was rude and called security when I comlained about the soda in my drink being flat. would never go there again under any circumstances.( Go to the Hard Rock across the street. Good service, nice people and much cleaner.) I would not give them one star.
