Great w1 training today with Sister Parea Arama and Coach Clayton down Manukau Club. Worked on strength and pull through the water. Had a few race starts as well.. Then
Clay and I went to the Temple for our spiritual feast, just heading home now..

Kia Ora sisters, those that can make it this just work on timing and the pull phase that everyone is together. Head down to the same Beaken at Rawene. If Dan is with you's he can do some pushes 2 on 2 off. Finish off with a couple of sprints like last time.
Seats:
1 Bronwyn
2 Paula
3 iona
6 Jo

Have a good training...we will be up next weekend 🤗👍💪

A great read Francesca, tautoko your idea of separate interviews. We plan our whanau conferences around the people that matter most in the child's life. Many of our children live with Nana or Aunty but still have contact with their parents (mum or dad or both). John Hatties research on effect size of homework is zero and has little or no impact on student achievement, this is why we are working towards no homework but supporting whanau to help their child with learning through Mutukaaroa. Its proving to have a huge impact on student achievement seeing huge shifts and acceleration rates.
