After reading everyone's online reviews I was quite hesitant to give this dealership my business. As a veteran and someone who does not live in this state who is also the most picky person I know when it comes to customer service I honestly have to say that I have never been more impressed with the quality and customer service that I have received here. When I first pulled in Richard greeted me and asked me how he could help me today. The oil change and tire rotation and balance only took them 35 minutes and I was in and out. In the waiting room they have a TV with free snacks and free coffee. Everyone is polite and respectful and I would give them my business again without any hesitation.

Went in to get my backup camera activated for my jeep. Was a 10 minute process that I had printed step by step instructions printed for them. Waited 2 hours and they charged me for a full hour of service ($135). Wish I could have done it myself, but needed the dealers computer to do it. Although slow and over priced, they did get the job done, and it was working correctly when they finished.

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Staff is incompetent. I think there needs to be some retraining involved. The place is a circus, especially the service department. I would avoid this dealership.

Appt was made online for routine service and tune-up. Ralph made my experience pleasant and painless, as well as affordable. He was knowledgeable and professional. He had me in and out in the estimated time and I was very impressed with him and the service of my vehicle. I will certainly call on Ralph again when I need my vehicle serviced.

I would like to say thank you to Brian (Service Manager) and Doug. A shout out to Mr Bell as well (found out we have the same cancer doctor) I met him a few years ago when I took a chance on using the Service Department at a Dealership. The reason why is I have Dodge Mopar '11 only made 1500 of them, being that it was the first of its kind and numbered, I want to have mechanics who are familiar with the brand. I never had any success at ANY other service departments, Tropical Ford, Central FL Chrysler...yes I'm calling them out. Well on my latest service, I had a transmission sensor go out which wouldn't allow my car to shift over 30 miles/hr and the check engine light, blind spot light in the mirrors and the car was showing it was in reverse as I was driving forward. I initiated my first call on a Saturday, spoke with a tech there, was very informative and thought maybe was just the battery. I slowly drove it to a auto part store to get it tested. Battery and alternator were perfectly fine. So I had to call again and professionally Doug said weds was the earliest appt they had and they were busy and I wasn't surprised because of my past positive experiences . I also explained I had to get my car towed there and that wasn't any issue, and could drop off any time before my appt. In conclusion they fixed my car at a minimal rate and went ahead and fixed a couple of recalls with no questions asked. Ok the worst thing (smdh) was I had to go get my car in the back...........lol!!! I have to throw that out there because somebody else complained about that in a previous review and yes I even used my alarm on my controller to find it. So to that lady who complains about that, your life must suck, hahaha. Finally thanks again to the crew in service and parts, yes I had to buy stuff from parts previously too and they took care of me. Unfortunately if I didn't love my Mopar so much I want to try out there sales department and get a hellcat!!!!!!

WELL THE FART (WE CALL IT THAT BECAUSE ITS A FIAT AND ITS A PIECE OF CRAP )IS DOWN AGAIN ,Its been a 2 year nightmare bought a dodge dart it keeps breakin down every 2 months when i call and tell them of the inferior product they sold me they act like they will help me amd then do nothing ,very upsetting after buying 10 cars and referrals selling several more over 20 years so thanks alot mark collier and Orando dodge .

BEWARE OF SHAWN IN THE SERVICE DEPT HES UNPROFESSIONAL, AN IDIOT AND A LYER. I TOOK MY DIESEL TRUCK THERE HE CALLED ME LATER AND ASK WHAT NAME IT WAS TO GO UNDER, DUH I HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM WHEN I DROPPE IT OFF. THEN HE GAVE ME A PRICE THEN CALLED BACK HOURS LATER AND SAID ITS $100 MORE.I SAID HELL NOT ITS NOT IM COMING TO GET MY TRUCK. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES THERE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could give this place a zero rating. Service is so slow, wanted me to rent a vehicle since they don't do loners after two days and $100 in rental, I called the owner who didn't return my call, he had a service person call and miraculously they had a loner for me. It's a good thing too since it took 2.5 weeks to fix and then an additional 2.5 weeks when they couldn't fix it and said we got it the best we could get it. In again this week as well. So now I I guess I will have to drive a car that shuts off while driving down the street and one that the transmission is horrible on and can only be fixed to the best of their ability (that's a Jeep issue). Was told that my car shut off because it was down a quart of oil. When I went in today again I mentioned this to the service guy and see "Oh Wow." Unbelievable. I would never recommend anyone to purchase or lease a vehicle. They don't want to pay my car off because it a piece of junk and they know it since they keep trying to fix it. No incentives for people who have been loyal customers. Also, they gave me a price on a new car I was looking at which was outrageous. I told them I had USAA and it was still high. I went online to the USAA special website and the price was over $5,000 less. I purchased two vehicles there. Be careful when they tell you they are only doing a "soft check" on your credit even when you insist that you have a loan from another bank and they do it anyway removing 4 points from your credit report. I'll go back and pick up my vehicle and that is the last time I'll go on their lot.
