I have a 2012 2500 Longhorn, which is a super nice truck I just really wish it wasn't junk. I have had the "death wobble" issue since I got it to which it now has 35k miles. The very first time I took it in when I went to pick it up they said they forgot about the death wobble and that it was there for that so they did an alignment on it which it did need but totally looked over the death wobble issue. The next time I took it in they gave me paper work saying everything was fixed and good to go considering it is under warranty......WRONG.....nothing was fixed everything drove exactly the crap! Yesterday on my way home the death wobble was so bad my tool box is now no longer attached yeah is this even possible?? Yes it is I have video of what a death trap these trucks are. I feel like its a lemon law issue but who knows WE SHALL SEE! Its just annoying because its intermittent sometimes even weeks without the wobble. I warn everyone to NOT buy a dodge ram, clearly its been going on for years and still nothing is done?? I really wish I would have researched it better before buying the truck, its all over the internet. So sad because they look really good but they really are junk.

Pleasent and stress free experience. Tim is the best, what an awesome sales man. When I thought it was too good to be true him and Tom the finance manager made it happen for me with a GREAT deal and Awesome interest rate. I love my car and I would recommend anyone to go to this location. They make it happen for you!!! Thank You guys!

Extremely honest, down home and, I believe, family owned business. I have bought 2 vehicles here and always have had a great experience. I drive past other Chrysler dealerships to have my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced here. Have done so with all my Chrysler vehicles.

I had an electrical issue with my brand new Jeep Wrangler purchased from another dealer in the area. I had the jeep towed to this location since it was closest to my breakdown. There were several issues getting the part and authorization from Chrysler to install the part plus it was the weekend so timing was not so good. Although I was without wheels for the weekend and frustrated (considering the wrangler was less than 10 months old), they were able to my wrangler up and running by Monday... That's not why i'm writing this review... On Monday after i picked up the jeep, i drove over to the nearest car wash. shortly after I deposited my $$ and started washing my jeep, i noticed the jeep shut off. I tried to restart but the same electrical issue occurred. Luckily, my spare key worked and so I rushed backed to the dealership before they closed. Their team stayed after hours to resolve the issues related to the other key once and for all. I explained what happened to Pat, Chris B, and the service manager Brian. They all helped resolve the problem including the gentleman that actually took the jeep back to work on it... Steve. Brian, the service manager even offered to pay for the cash i lost at the car wash earlier out of his own wallet. I thanked him for the gesture but told him it wasen't necessary. Brain went to the back where they were working on my jeep to "check on things" while i waited. 10 minutes later, Brian pulled up in my jeep. Not only did he make sure the issue was fixed, but he also had it washed and cleaned for me too. I thanked Brian and drove off... when i got home, I looked in the cup holder and realized Brian had left the $10.00 anyway. It wasn't the $10 but the thought that turned me from frustrated to overly pleased. Literally i would have laughed at anyone who told me that i would be writing a positive review after how frustrated i was this weekend. I realized it wasn't their fault at the dealership but the process in place at Chrysler that caused me such an issue this weekend. The fact these guys guys stayed late, put up with me blaming them all weekend, and then the kind gesture from Brian speaks volumes about their focus on old school customer service. Something that seems to be gone in today's business world.

This is the second time we purchased at this particular dealership. Mike Cosgrave as been a great pleasure to deal with. The prices are also great. We travel four hours just to purchase from Orlando Dodge and they are definitely worth it.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. I will never return to this dealership for service. I don't know if I will ever buy another Dodge now. I have a challenger RT & have kept up with all the regular maintenance. Went to w. Colonial Dodge for an oil change, few days later, check engine light comes on. Codes p014, p016. Camshaft crankshaft sensor. It took them 5 days & $500 to diagnose & replace crankshaft sensor & wiring. Over $400 of it in labor btw. They said it took that much for diagnosis. My question is what are the check engine codes for the if not yo help diagnose the problem? Then when they test drove it the check engine light came right back on. They replaced PCM (computer) then the check engine light stayed off. They won't admit to misdiagnosing the problem. They stand behind their $500 ripoff. To make it all better 2 weeks later my car shutdown completely in rush hour on the Howard franklin bridge in Tampa leaving me stranded there until the service department in St Pete opened Monday am. Valve sticking & Timing chain failure camshaft not turning. Wiped out have my engine. $2k worth of warranty work 9 days without my car & 2 weeks later check engine light is back on. Lifters are shot. Unreal. Both the 2 dealerships service departments have told me the initial work was completely misdiagnosed & even if work had been necessary charged more then 3x what a crankshaft replacement w diagnosis should cost. I love good old american muscle but maybe its time for a Toyota. So. Update. After all these repairs & lots of time dealing with dodge customer service, Dodge makes it right. (Not the dealership but dodge). They agreed the 400 in labor was an over charge & are sending me back $410 toward the repair + another $150 for my tow. So for those of you that have been taken advantage of by this dealership don't give up, call customer service & keep calling to you get some resolution. In the meantime take your car to any other dealership. Thank you dodge for making this right.
